Placed online order for 2 subs and 5 chocolate chip cookies for pick up. Get home and all the cookies are broken and 1 chocolate chip. Call and explain what happens and ask for refund! Girl says, did you get any chocolate chip I say one and ask what does that matter if they all the rest are wrong. In a rude manner she says, “ ALL I CAN DO IS ISSUE A REFUND OR YOU CAN WAIT FOR A MANGER!

This place is just lacking the correct leadership. Only one person attending customers. Been here 3 times (trying to give it the benefit of the doubt)and no matter how much you request for you sandwich to be toasted its not, the meat stays cold. seems they do not know how to keep inventory, lettuce brown, no tomatoes, no turkey no avocados. The only thing this place had was that it was clean- that’s it. Def will not go back

My husband had the turkey and I had the meatball. Both were excellent ..the server added extra sauce when I asked and he made my hubs sub just right ✅️

the guy wearing the mask. i’m assuming just went to the bathroom bc he came from the hall. came back behind the counter didn’t bother to wash his hands put on his gloves that he touched already with his dirty bathroom hands. then made our sandwiches. grabbed the wrong bread in the beginning. then we asked for them toasted. he toasted the first sandwich then sat there for 5 mins to toast the other sandwich. he was also touching a face a lot. on top of that he was using the side of his glove to clean the counter off as he was making our sandwich. last and foremost. DIDNT BOTHER TO FOLD THE SANDWICHES BEFORE CUTTING AND WRPPING UP

I went in yesterday and was surprised at the good service. I usually go to the one near my home but I had an appointment near and was famished. There was a guy there at the time, I think his name was Nick. He offered great customer service and was very kind to myself and my family. Would definitely stop by this location more often because of him.

I visited this establishment and the worker was a taller skinny kid and he didn’t come out for like a minute or so but he was in the back talking on the phone and it didn’t sound like his conversation wasn’t at all about subway! He was very rude I shall say. His service was one of the worst I’ve Ever gotten at a subway. It seemed like he didn’t want to do the job. He lost your business from me again.

I’ve never had a issue at this subway until today. I went in for a meatball sub , the meatballs were still cooking. She told me 15 mins , so I said ok & waited in my car. Went back in asked how much longer, she said 6 mins. So I sat inside & played on my phone while I waited. I heard the microwave beep , I heard her take them out & put them in the container , I waited. She never said anything to me I waited 5 more mins before I went looking for her. I said excuse me noone came out , said it again a gentlemen came from behind the counter & I said was she going to let me know the meatballs were done, he said well do u want a hoagie , I said no I want to know why she didn’t tell me. She came out with a attitude & said she didn’t say anything bc I was on my phone. I said all u had to do was say excuse me they’re done. I’ve already been there a half hr , don’t want to spend my whole day at subway. She was very rude , never apologized was very condescending. I asked who was the manager she said she’s not here , I said ok well what’s her name and when will she be here. Wouldn’t tell me her name , wouldn’t tell me when she would be in. She was so rude had no customer service and I don’t appreciate how I was treated!!

I enjoy eating at subway! The staff is so friendly and caring.My first experience at this location was great. Great service, very clean restaurant and a mouth watering smell from the fresh baked cookies and bread! I always recommend this location to friends and family!

So tonight I went into subway on my way home from work and got 4 footlongs for myself and my wife the 2 employees that took care of me where so nice until a lady walked in on the phone talking about they have nothing done she kept moving chairs around in the lobby shaking her head saying things about the 2 females taking care of me at the time. The 2 young girl were very upset and I asked if they were okay and both nodded no and said the owners wife came in 2 times and disrespected them about them not wearing a hat and apron I wanted to say something to her because I seen her face she was waiting for me to leave to start saying something to them. She’s disrespectful I will never go to this location again them girls didn’t deserve none of this

Super pissed! New hours advertised everywhere that they are open until 10PM. Redirected myself off the highway because they were open till 10PM and the lights are off and the place is closed. Thank you for wasting my time subway, not cool
