We were @ our Nationals in Talaquah Oklahoma and stopped a few times @ this Burger King . Service was great. The employees even came outside and talked to us about our bikes, and the conversation was all over the place. It was excellent . Food was hot readily made, ice cream and Hershey pies wonderful place. We spend time there that week about 3 times.

This burger king is a really good place to go. I think it’s better than a lot of other burger kings. The food was hot and the service was really good as well. I highly recommend stopping by and saying hi to the very friendly staff. We got the Texas burger and it was a just the right amount of heat for a burger and I thought the value was also on point

Actually one of the better Burger Kings I have been to. Food is the most consitant and service is good. Most Burger Kings you have to wait forever to get your food. This one is above their average, so that’s positive.

We had my grandson’s 2nd birthday party at Burger King with all his cousins and friends and other relatives. We had the room full with all the adults and kids. The cost of the party was for 2 hours in the Play room and 8 kids’ meals. The kids had their choice of a burger or chicken nuggies. The cost was reasonable for what we recieved. The staff checked with us periodically and promptly emptied trash and cleaned up after us.

They have messed up my order twice now. The last time I went I got a burger and added bacon, no bacon. This time I ordered a burger with cheese, no cheese. If I wasn’t paying extra for these things, I’d be understanding, however I’m paying extra for these things and not getting them.

Recently went through the drive thru at this location. The lobby was empty, the drive thru had 4 cars in line, and I counted at least 5 employees inside. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, which I’ve had at other locations and loved. Got home to find a shriveled, overcooked piece of chicken that was more breading than meat. The amount of meat MIGHT have been sufficient for a single chicken nugget. Someone picked up that pathetic example of fried poultry and thought “this will make my customer happy.” It did not make me happy, Burger King.
Also, my wife ordered cheesy tots. The person taking the order repeated “cheesy tots” to me. My receipt said “cheesy tots.” Instead we received some mushy, cold concoction apparently sold as “jalapeno cheddar bites.”
If you can’t take an order for 10-12 items and successfully put them in a bag, what can you do? I know the employment situation is less than optimal as a result of the pandemic, but good grief. Please get better, BK!

I ordered a side salad which was ok but seemed a little wimpy but I wasn’t really hungry, so it was ok. It still seems like an awful small bowl of lettuce with nothing else in it. I get better salads left over in a container holding a Big Mac. The Whopper that my wife bought was very good and a much better deal. I really should give this place 4 stars cause the service was fast and the restaurant was clean. The employee wasn’t overly friendly but wasn’t rude either. He was just doing his job. This Burger King is OK. We might eat there again..
