Word of advice : CLOSE! Subway on Airport Beltway Hazle Township Pa should close. Never have all the addons, sometimes out of meats or breads, lettuce looks like it was dug up at a landfill, tomatos that are near a liquid sauce state, employees who don’t want to be there. An empty building would be better.

Ordered in store for carry out, first thing we noticed was the meats counter covered up by sub paper. Are they hiding gnarly looking meat while you order? who knows. The guac looked old and browned with lettuce spilled all inside it. Cross contamination seems to be very common here. Finally checked out went to the drinks, tea looked disgusting. Overall this location leaves a-lot to be desired and will be steering clear of this location until they get it cleaned up.

The food was good; the service was fantastic. I stopped in a little after 5 PM on April 12. The staff was super friendly and attentive. My family hadn’t been to a Subway in a few years and took a little while to decide what we wanted, but we never felt rushed and both employees were still smiling when we were finally ready. At the end of the meal, one of my family members decided to take home the other half of their sub. I walked up to the counter to get it wrapped and was noticed before I even got to the counter. The location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted great. The only bad things I can say are that the parking lot is a little tight, and they didn’t have light mayo. Both are sacrifices I’m willing to make for the high quality of service.

This was the chopped salad I received. Sadly, this was after I asked for more lettuce two more times. Extremely skimpy with their portions, especially for something as cheap as lettuce. Prices have gone up too. Will not be back to this once very good location.

Service was fine, standards have gone down. Dirty, bread was stale, hard as a rock. Service was fine, but the food tasted like it has been on the shelf too long.

While in Hazleton for work for two weeks I ordered several lunches and dinners here through the app. Service was great. There were a couple times they seemed a little short staffed but the staff still did a great job.

Reached at 8.40pm and i am told that kitchen is closed at 8.30pm. If you close at 8.30pm, why do you have timing showing till 9pm. Change the timing!

When I arrived there was only one person there as another had called off, I waited for other customers to leave before I went in and check on the status of my order when Adrian told me it would be just a minute more that he had only just arrived to cover someone’s shift and before that was just the one employee. Adrian quickly got our food prepared while the other employee prepped food for the next wave of customers. 10/10 experience will definitely be returning. Some very hard workers at this store!

Orders are hit and miss when placed through DD from this location. Today’s took the cake though as the TERIYAKI blitz I ordered had not a single trace of the sweet onion teriyaki to be found anywhere on it and it was marked to be toasted but arrived cold and stuck to the paper. A few times the subs are spot on, other times they are either drowning in sauces or have not a trace of any on them. It’s a mess and I wish there was more consistency to the way they are prepped.
