This Dunkin has some of the slowest workers I’ve ever seen. Here they don’t consult with you about drink alternatives actions or anything. If you order something online that they don’t have, they give you whatever they feel like giving, no refund. Somehow they are always understaffed and the quality of the products in general is terrible. With their increases prices you might as well go to Starbucks and get better quality food for around the same price.

Does anyone understand u here? The older woman in early a.m .gets it. With 4 people working and u have to wait to have order taken? They tried charging me 3.69 for a small coffee. please!!!! Glad I caught it. I am sincerely dissatisfied with this location. They should be embarrassed… young workers should be fast and precise and accurate. Where do they come from? Get a move on here. You’re going to lose money and. They r right on Train station so it’s busy there!!!!! What’s wrong with this diverse population!! So so disappointed

Several people who did not appear to have purchased anything were occupying nearly all of the seating and speaking loudly. One person was drinking alcohol discreetly, and another was constantly holding a cigarette. Given how small the space is, it is hard to believe that the staff were unaware of this behavior.
Despite this, no action was taken. As a result, I—an actual paying customer—was unable to use a table at all. Allowing this kind of behavior while ignoring customers who follow the rules is unacceptable.
This place lacks even the most basic level of management and consideration expected of a café. I will not be returning.

Hands down the absolute worst iced chai latte I’ve ever had the unfortunate displeasure of spending my money on and consuming. A drink has to be truly unpleasant for me to not finish it and I couldn’t even get halfway through before I tossed it out. I will be sticking to Honeydew from now on.

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever go to, it’s one of the closest and most convenient locations, yet I find myself driving out of the way to go to another better Dunks whenever I have the time due to the constant issues and poor food quality. Found a cheese wrapper in my sandwich this time, the other half of my order was wrong because they didn’t have a bunch of items.
Order took forever to make, I stood in the empty lobby watching tickets for food pile up as one person made coffee and the other two just went back and forth moving things and “cleaning” instead of making the orders coming in, they were not busy but only one person was actually working.
Update they can’t even get a coffee right, that’s not cookie in my cup that’s coffee grounds…

Some say coffee is coffee no matter where you are, but this is false. I love Dunkin so I rated this store by comparing the food, service, atmosphere, price, cleanliness, to the top 5 I’ve been to. Starting with the coffee it always has coffee grounds in my drink it’s really just a matter of if it’ll be more or less than the previous time. Also flavored coffee hot or ice always have trouble with getting the taste correct, and here I thought they had a system in place so that shouldn’t happen. Next is food maybe it’s because I never actually go in the morning but by 11:30am or 12pm that’s the earliest I’ve been there, and about 6pm or 7pm the latest it’s always dry bagel twists, donuts, it really doesn’t matter. Service is next the employees are kind and helpful but will wait to take your order till they’re done talking with other customers and sometimes speaking a different language and then assume everyone speaks a foreign language, this is an assumption but sometimes they try to take my order in another language which isn’t a problem I just hate that I can’t respond and feel stupid. ALL IN ALL, NOT BAD. Truly I’ll continue my patronage

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff seems to be out of their element even during non-peak hours and it’s very frustrating. Extremely argumentative and combative workers for no good reason. Messes up orders too often. I thought that a Dunkin’ Donuts close to a T stop would be a blessing but this establishment is mostly a curse. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever go to this establishment unless you have the patience to teach basic customer service skills to “professionals” while you wait for them to mess up your order anyway. This is a high-volume area because of its location and their inexperience is very apparent. Disclaimer: Most of the visits to this Dunkin’ were just OK, but the last visit was, without a doubt, the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had in any fast food restaurant ever. It was so appalling that I felt compelled to write a review. Normally, I can shake things off and offer the benefit of the doubt but this level of rudeness and incompetence was intolerable. This is the incentive I needed to confirm that I have no reason to ever visit another. I hope the experiences of those reading this review are nothing like mine.
