After our last experience at this subway we will not be returning. Not only did the employee make our sandwiches and wraps terribly (did not know how to roll the wraps nor how to apply condiments), but the attitude we received was quite unnecessary. To top it off there were long, straight, black hairs in our food. My sister and I have curly hair, so it could not have been ours. We will not return and do not appreciate the terrible customer service we received from Sherri (the employee previously mentioned). If I could leave no stars after this experience, I would.

My daughter stopped here on her travels to use the bathroom and to buy a sandwich but needed thebathroom first. Was told by the cashier non customers have to pay $5.55 to use the bathroom but no sign on the door stating there was a charge. That’s illegal. She was going to get a sandwich but never even had a chance to say that because she was taken back by it. She’s reporting the store but I wanted people to know- thats super sketchy.

I ordered a turkey bacon avocado wrap and the turkey was expired and tasted and smelled badly. So instead of checking my sandwich they check the turkey that was on the line which had just been replaced after she made my sandwich. Of course that one would taste fresher. Instead of replacing my sandwich, which only has one bite out of it they told me I would have to pay for a different one. I already paid $9.50 for the wrap I’m not eating, no way am I going to pay anymore of my money. It’s not like I wanted to keep the bad sandwich or I ate half of it. It was literally one bite. I’ll never eat here again and I’ll advise my uber and Lyft customers not to go here and even offer the rest of their ride free to go the other subway n the area

I’m from Philadelphia, so I wasn’t expecting it to be so clean and well run. We ordered ahead on the app and it was ready when we arrived. The only thing that could have been better is if they numbered our sandwiches so we could more easily tell whose they were

Yeah so this is actually the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Ever. The employees are never kind, except for the highschoolers that they’ve hired. The older man there actively laughs at me any time I try to order literally anything, and is VERY unkind/judgemental. Clearly they do not train their enployees because every time I ask for something at all, it is always an issue or made incorrectly. If you are on the golden strip and are looking for a subway, leave.

Just ordered a protein bowl. When we got home the rotisserie chicken smelled terrible and tasted awful also. Called back to the store and was told it’s because we got it cold that it is freshly made multiple times a day.
