I used to get these tacos all the time in 2020 when I started my warehouse job. I just had it for the first time since back then (cause they raised the prices) and idk if they changed the type of steak the use or what. I see barley any fat. Which would kinda explain the lack of flavor they gave now. And from the look of the steak its a thin cut of SOME kinda steak. You can see that it’s not chopped steak. More cuts. I’m sorry you definitely RE-lost a customer. Paying more for cheaper steak .

Stopped here for the night traveling from NC to the Twin Cities and saw the food truck. Read the reviews and the we’re great and they were right. The food was wonderful and the service great and such friendly folks. Loved it!

Delicious asada/steak tacos. This place is in my Top 2 for tacos in Champaign. The al pastor tacos are super spicy so just beware of that.

I came here because Fernando’s wasn’t opened yet and I wanted to try out a new truck/restaurant. I got the 4 for $10 steak tacos (American style) and I wasn’t at all satisfied. The steak tasted as if it wasn’t seasoned at all! When I bit into the taco, all I tasted was the bread. I thought maybe there was too much bread, so I tasted the steak separately and…nothing. Therefore, I didn’t enjoy the tacos. I felt like I was just eating to survive at that point. What I did enjoy was the fact that they included limes on the side. However, I would’ve much rather have spent my money elsewhere.
