I love the Italian BMT. Ordered i footling on the app for a savings. All I get is light lettuce, tomatoes and a ridiculous amount of black olives. The man working gave me a hard time about the black olives. He printed something out saying I was only to get 8 slices of olives. I told him I would pay extra and all he wanted to do was argue and say I wanted something for free. I offered to pay extra. When I asked for mayo on the side he about lost it and went into inventory talk. I had even left him a tip when I ordered on the app. I went down the road to go to dollar tree to buy olives and there was another subway. So I went in and explained what had happened and they happily gave me olives and mayo. Go down the road to that subway!

I absolutely love this subway!!! The lady that is there in the morning during the week is so nice and even remembers me and my order after not being there in months! The consistency in the love put into making the sandwiches also shows when you order for delivery (which I just got this morning)!! The evening guy is an impersonal but I’ve also seen him working in the store in the AM so I just chalk it up to him maybe being tired ♀️ still not rude tho. I give this subway 5 stars all around!!!

This was the worst meal we have ever gotten there. The food was horrible. The churros, pretzels and wraps were tough and chewy. The rolls on the subs were over cooked.
We spent about 40 bucks and the food was not edible. Very disappointed. The employee was on the phone while he was waiting on us and seemed uninterested in our order.

Honestly, the worst Subway, just go down the road to Kendig Square and order from that Subway. I got one cucumber on each half of my footlong sub and like 4 olives, the cheese and meat were skimped, and sub was missing all the sauces and seasonings I requested (online order) when I opened the wrapper it just looked like a roll. Def not worth $12, not even $5 if that was still a thing.

The woman working was rude. Because I had a lengthy order and she had a line she wanted me to let the others go first even though I had already waited 30 minutes to order from people in front of me in line. I thought that it was rude….you take customers first come first serve… I waited my turn, others should learn patience too
