My husband and I stopped here on 9/28/25 after working on our son’s house in Columbia. This was our second time here. First time was a couple months ago and the woman who made our sandwich’s was so pleasant. I believe she was related to the owner. Well this particular day we went in there was a young girl, small, young, tattoos maybe around early 20’s. I could write a book on her nasty, rude attitude. I have super thick skin and believe in winning people over with kindness. But after 5-6 snarky comments I had, had enough. She had already cut both of my foot long sandwiches and started making one and I told her that I would no longer be needing them. Her response was “fine”
We will never be back while in town.
Such a shame because our first interaction was wonderful.

Was sent here to pick up an order for delivery and when I asked if all items on my list were in the bag the girl with Reddish hair snapped at me and said everything is in the bag. A different woman came out from the back and repeated my items and I said thank you very much. Then as I was about to leave the young girl with reddish hair followed the other lady to the back and she began to mock me and said thank you. Basically she was making fun of me and the other woman laughed out loud. I find that so unprofessional. I’m only doing my job and making sure that my customers get everything they ordered. You know we drivers are the ones who are punished if we’re missing any items from these restaurants. But what makes this so much worse is to be mocked by the workers at these restaurants. The girl with the reddish hair was so unprofessional. But the other woman I believe she was possibly an owner, or manager a Indian woman was no better as she laughed with the unprofessional girl as she mocked me. I’ll make sure I avoid taking any more orders from this facility they made me feel so bad by mocking me. All I was doing was asking if all the items were in that bag so I can make sure my customer received everything they ordered.

Wanted a spinach wrap with tuna. Got this…. Not spinach and I’ve never seen a wrap done like this in my life. Someone needs more training. Saturday, June 10th at 7:10pm.

Just got food from there and this lady looked like she was on crack or something and didn’t know what she was doing. I kept telling her multiple times EXACTLY what I wanted on my subs and she still kept messing it up. Definitely not going again.

It’s like going to see my family everytime I stop here. Love nothing bad to say at all. They do need help if anything is looking. Nick the owner will treat you like you are one of his family.

The subway sandwich maker is very disrespectful lady, was standing by the kitchen door talking left me there like 15 minutes waiting, she was throwing the bread around , filled it with onions when I said no onions, When I told her I had a coupon the treatment got worse, I Asked for the managers number and no one gave it , Just said my manager I’d I. Chicago!!!! Thank God I record everything, to show my side

Disappointed..I had to slowly explain to owner how to make my sandwich. Footlong. cheese steak no cheese. It was annoying. I hate babying a sandwich artist.

For it being inside of a gas station I must say the service and quality and quantity was better than going to an actual subway restaurant. Keep up the great service
