You cannot participate in a coupon book, then decide all of a sudden “you don’t want to”. 2 6” in the trash, no chips sold and no drinks sold—instead of just giving one for free, as the coupon says. I’ll change my review when the owner comments.

I always feel like it’s the same staff when I come here. I only popped into this location a number on one hand within the last 6 months. It’s always been the same employees which makes it a great spot for consistency. I ordered on the app for pickup. My food order was ready at the time they specified. They kept it behind the counter so it was safe. A nice little location tucked into the corner of the shopping plaza. I enjoyed my visit here and the food was great.

If there was an option for 0, this is what I would’ve chosen. Let’s start off with stale bread.. how can you give children stale bread? Oh, this place. I ordered 2 6 in subs, a Turkey with cucumbers(nothing more! ) and one plain ol pepperoni and cheese (nothing more!)The kicker, I was charged for their TOP TIER sandwiches: titan Turkey and hot shot Italiano! For 2 basic sandwiches! With hardly anything on it! Had the nerve to smile in the faces of two little toddlers and the nerve to ask if I wanted a drink after spending $16 on 2 simple sandwiches and chips. With what conscience can you do that to a family? Stop stealing from the community you live in to profit for your gains. We are all trying to make a HONEST living to survive in this costly world. My message, please do not patronage an establishment that is willing to overcharge, and you not know until you see the receipt at home. The sign on the wall by the register states the establishment is under Anish Patel. Very sad to do that to the public, Mr. Patel

The owner seems like they want to scam people by not honoring coupons. 8 months ago, we came here and we wanted to redeem one of our coupons but for some reason we were told that the coupon scanner was not working. But as of now (may 30, 2025) when we came here to eat again, and we were told the same thing – at this point it feels like that this is being done on purpose. From the coupon itself, we were supposed to get 3 footlongs for 18$ but because of the scanner that was not working ever since 8 months we came here last time, instead of paying 18$ for 3 footlongs, we had to pay up to 34$, a jump of 22$ from 18$ just because the owner of this store decided to purposely not fix the coupon scanner machine, all the way from 8 months ago (this problem could of have happened even longer that that) If I were to give 0 stars I would be even happier than the service that I got from this store.
To the owner of this store, please stop scamming customers and honor the coupons your company send to the customers .

I come to this Subway location on Union Deposit often, but unfortunately the experience continues to be disappointing – especially when the woman who claims to be the owner is serving. She is consistently rude and unwelcoming — especially when we use VALID DISCOUNTS. She acts annoyed or irritated every time, don’t respond when I say things like “thank you”, always nasty nice with something slick to say when she does speak, and even go as far as to throw the sandwiches on the counter instead of handing it to me like every other customer.

On top of that, she skimps on the meat and cheese, which is frustrating when you’re paying for a sandwich that’s supposed to be made to standard – regardless if a discount is being used. Called her out on this but of-course she denies it.

There were 2 young men that used to work there that made the BEST sandwiches. Guess she got rid of them because they wouldn’t gip customers with skimpy sandwiches. Major changes need to be made in how customers are treated and how food is prepared starting with taking her off the counter.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, and the service was quick, even during the lunch rush. I love how customizable the menu is—there’s something for everyone. I’ll definitely be coming back for more delicious, made-to-order meals!

Poor service and inconsistency the man takes coupons the girl declines them. Also watch the ingredients they put on your sub because they never put the double cheese on the subs that include double cheese and they also only put three pieces of ham on the Italian bmts.
