I placed a mobile order at this location because it was the only Subway near me accepting Subway app rewards. Upon pick up an employee asked me to identify myself, but she couldn’t understand my somewhat common name, so I politely pulled out my phone to show her my name in the app and placed my phone next to the name on the reciept stapled on the bag. I then asked about my drinks and she said they were out of cups completely of all sizes, so I had to use bottled drinks from their mini fridge and I was told to get a drink of equal cost. There are no small to large bottles so that made no sense to me, also no prices were listed in the fridge. When I took the sandwiches home my family discovered that they had drizzled so much sauce on two of the sandwiches that all the toppings were dripping…as if we wanted curried sandwiches with soupy lettuce. They did not put provolone on a sandwich, and skipped toasting two sandwiches. All the sandwiches were cold and the bread tasted like reused day old bread with a overly baked crust. I called to politely let them know about the low quality and whover answered asked me to repeat myself ten times before they finally said I could come back to get a new sandwhich. I was not going back. I am done eating at Subway anywhere in this area, they all are going downhill fast.

Relatively rude staff did not even recognize that we entered, didn’t smile, hardly even spoke to us during ordering. My husband asked for extra mayo and it seemed like that was a super hard thing for her based on the nasty expression she had. I asked for extra pickles and maybe got 6 total. She was very stingy with everything even ripping the stickers to hold the paper in half. For as much as the prices have went up on the subs in the last year this is pretty disappointing.

I ordered 2 6 inch subs this evening. I asked for both of the wheat breads to be toasted. When I got them home they were hard as a rock! Could not even eat them. Also no Swiss cheese and no sweet peppers! Very rude people there! I used to go there all the time, however since the Indian people took it over it really went downhill! This is the 3rd time I tried it there since they took over. It is also the last!

This Subway refuses to make any kind of sub with roast beef, unless they charge the price for a “#17” – i only ever got roast beef subs since i was a kid, and magically it’s “not possible” to have a normal roast beef sub, without charging as if it were the doubled special… the lady and the guy behind the counter both didn’t listen to the words coming out of my mouth, so I walked out. No one needs to be heckled over a simple, traditional sandwich that a chain sub store wants to charge you for another, bigger version, thatyou didn’t ask for. This Subway, by Weis, in Palmyra, PA is a joke, just like the Subway one by Redners in Palmyra. No wonder they BOTH have such poor reviews! Shame on you!

Horrible Subway Experience! The employees don’t know the difference between vegetables and are rude when you say “sorry I meant that one” when you try and politely correct them. The sub had a strange taste of soap and something seemed off. After finishing I was at least excited for the cookies which were all different kinds and all hard as a rock. Disgusting.

Went in there around where they would still have bread and food, they didn’t have any bread and then I was given the wrong bread for my order. That when I get to check out I get drinks and than after I was told their was no ice. Fine I’ll get ice at home that I drink the side and it’s flat. It has never been like this with the old owners. Every time I go in it’s always with the employees either in the back or with the employees with their AirPods on and on their phones which is unsanitary. Never would come back again

Horrible experience! I waited half hour for them to make my food the guy there couldn’t get my sandwich right. He put turkey on it and in stead of ham I said I wanted a ham and cheese and he put turkey on my sandwich also so maybe you should get people who know the difference between their meats! The stuff just laughed it off like it was nothing. That subway in Palmyra sucks if you want subway I’d go to the one in annvile or cleona they do a better job.

I just visited this Subway location 5/26 @ 9:50am-ish and had a terrible experience. There was only one employee working, and he seemed annoyed when we walked in, which I initially understood as it was early, and he might still be setting up. However, his attitude quickly worsened when another gentleman walked in with his small child. The employee aggressively slammed the mayonaise bottle onto the counter and complained about the lunch rush starting early.
His aggressive and annoyed demeanor prompted me to ask if there was anyone else working, to which he responded with hostility, asking why. I mentioned that he seemed very angry about having to help us. He admitted to being in a bad mood because he had worked the last seven days straight. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, even though his name tag said “Samantha she/her.”
I told him it wasn’t our fault he had been overworked and that my child and I didn’t deserve such treatment. When I mentioned I would call to complain, he dismissively replied that no one would fire him because he was the only one working.
This was absolute horrid service, and I’m extremely disappointed. Such behavior is unacceptable, and no customer should have to deal with this level of hostility.
