I believe 4 stars is good. Most times the service is good and the subs also. I order online then go pick them up, and several times the order was not ready when I got there despite plenty of time to get it together. I can let it pass once, but twice is unfortunate. I still go here as I believe Subway has the best fast food deals especially with coupons. The food is rarely less than great, but sandwich artists come and go so the quality and interpretation of directions vary as well. Overall a solid 4 stars.

The service at this Subway has really gone down hill for me in the last 2 or 3 months. The staff seems to genuinely dislike each other, and the sandwiches reflect that. Not long ago this had been my favorite Subway, because the staff was nice. Now, all I see is eye rolling and complaining from some of the staff, with some saying that they are leaving early and are complaining about the other workers. The owners need to get a handle on this, and drop by more often, so I hold them responsible really because their Subway is slipping away from them with really poor help. Just please give me my sandwich and skip the attitude’s, Id like to think most of us work hard for our money, and can go anywhere else for a sandwich. That’s the problem with places like Subway, you might have a good staff at the moment, only to lose them for a higher paying job the next moment. That’s why its Important for the owners to be there, or someone that can be trusted and run a tight ship. I’m done with this Subway, at least for now!

We placed a large order- 34 foot long subs. They were so great to work with, everything came out exactly as we ordered. The store manager was so helpful and worked with us to make it happen by 9am. The store is always clean and the employees friendly. Definitely a great place for lunch!

A lot of people shuffled in all at one time and it got very busy quickly and the staff got overwhelmed and we had to wait a long time for our order to be finished

Have had good and bad experiences here. More than half have been good. A lot of the workers are helpful. Some on not. The good workers (usually 2) help each other with the sub. Highly don’t recommend pre order. Ordered an Italian BMT and was an all veggie sub. But other than that, usually a great place to stop in for a bite.

I enjoy this Subway as compared to some other locations. It is usually clean and employees are courteous! If you order online however the quality really suffers. I only order in-store now and get much better ratios of meat, cheese, and toppings.

We love coming to the Myerstown Subway!! The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly!! They usually greet you with a “Hello” when you enter!! On our last visit there was a number of teenagers working and they did an excellent job of working together and making our visit a pleasant experience!! I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area!!
