Not the first time we have eaten here but first review. We were late getting on board; many of our friends told us we needed to try it. We did. It didn’t disappoint. My son had a burger, wife had the spinach salad and I had the big bird sandwich and onion rings. They were great. The big bird was definitely that. Two chicken breasts and fresh veges. The onion rings are huge and amazing. If I had any complaint, it would be the extra dressings. I asked for extra ranch and they graciously brought me one and my wife an extra blue cheese for her salad. There is a $1 charge. I understand it, but let me know. It was a surprise on the bill. It was a great experience and we will be back soon.

I hate writing a negative review but daaang if your website is going to boast “world class Chefs with a background of 35 years experience in Cruise, Resorts and Casino” cooking then I expect an executive meal experience. Based on a recommendation from a Hartwell business we shopped in, we decided to eat lunch there today, Sat 17 Jan 2026. We ordered 2 All American burger meals ($10.99), one with fries and one with onion rings and water to drink. We got the water with no straw and the wife tasted lemon on her glass (clean?) so we asked for straws. We asked for mayo on the burgers and got the meals with mayo in a small cup – with no utensil for spreading it, had to ask for utensils which was brought along with salt & pepper & ketchup which we had to ask for. The burgers were great – huge and cooked as requested – medium, but the crinkle cut fries were primarily small broken pieces. The onion rings were huge and plenty of them but were really oily. I wasn’t paying attention when we paid and somehow we wound up paying $30 plus and wasn’t offered a receipt. I specifically asked our server if there was a credit card fee and was told no. That math don’t add up unless there is a huge upcharge for onion rings and water? Again, I really don’t like leaving bad reviews for any business because I know how important they are, especially in the restaurant business, but dang, when you boast “world class” chefs and get what we paid for…we won’t return as we don’t live in that town.

Great food, great service, atmosphere is awesome. Sports themed great for football fans tv in every corner of the restaurant. Bar service is fantastic. Would highly recommend visiting if you have not!

My first trip to Rolling Chefs was great. I had the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, and the Philly with regular fries for the entree. The portions were very large and I took at least half of it home. The menu is large and diverse, and there are quite a few things I would like to try on my next trip- a great addition to Hartwell’s food scene!

We ate at Rolling chef’s tonight. We are local to the area and business owners our self we own L&M full auto detail in Hart County and we wanted to try them out. We got to meet one of the owners, Mr. Omar, absolute gentleman, kind, courteous, polite, all-around, great guy walked right in was seated with no problem super clean And inviting atmosphere. Our waitress was an absolute gem . She was so sweet. I had the bacon bourbon burger, and my wife had fried chicken sandwich. More than enough. The portions were amazing when I say that bourbon burger was 100 out of 10 it was off the charts. It was probably the best burger I have ever eaten in my life. My wife loved her chicken sandwich. We will definitely be back as regulars. Thanks again Mr. Omar for allowing our family to meet yours. great job on the establishment and opening up such a great addition to our town. We highly recommend if you’re visiting the area or your local as well stopping in and check them out. You won’t be disappointed

Don’t go waited 30 minutes just to get a waitress to come to the table. Once she came to table, sat menus down and said I’ll be back. Went to another table got guest drinks and order before coming back to table to get our drink order. One drink order was placed waited another 20 mins to get an order placed she never returned but kept looking at the table. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I didn’t have to put a star on here I wouldn’t

Today is opening day since the expansion. Cocoa was our server, and she was professional, attentive, and friendly. The new menu looks good, and the items we tried today were tasty. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Omar, you having done an amazing job with this location.

Today was the first visit for the wife and I. We heard they had great Philly Cheesesteak. We ordered the Philly and it was super good. Rebecca was our server and she was awesome! Great southern hospitality! It’s a must stop if you are in Hartwell, GA. Oh the cheesecake was the icing on the cake!

Rolling Chef is an absolute gem to Hartwell! Not only the best burger in town, it’s the best burger I’ve ever had in my life! Menu has a nice variety from salads to burgers to entrees etc…. We’ve now been several times, always seated quickly, servers have always been super friendly, service is fast, food is off the chain, very neat and clean inside and the owner (Omar) is a super friendly, down to earth and humble guy! Great place to watch sports with several large screen TV’s throughout. A definite must try, promise you’ll be going back!!

Went in at 8pm sat at table. Servers were more interested in doing their side work and closing out for the night than taking care of us. Servers finally came over said she would take care of us. Got the Philly with fries. The Philly needed more seasoning and cheese. The fries were seasoned awesome. Also lace of condiments such as Heinz 57 or any steak sauce. Draft beer came in cold glass which was good. Probably wouldn’t go back due to lack of service
