Zoe and her crew gave an amazing service. Every time I come in to this exact location. The restaurant is clean from top to bottom, the food is very fresh. They always use gloves and take pride in making sure the guests get what they came to dine in for. I always come in and customize my orders to my liking and they always come out great. I want to leave a fair review; though, I work in Food & Beverage and possess a Manager ServSafe certification, so some of my criticisms may come from my own experience in operations.
I’ve come to this location twice recently because it’s always been my belief that everyone deserves a second chance.
The first time I came to this location, I was served by a gentleman with fine customer service skills and the ability to engage in pleasantries, which is great! He does however have a lot of hair that hangs out from under his hat in addition to a very scraggly beard. None of his hair is protected by a hair net and/or beard net and it’s very much not food safe. I don’t mean to sound harsh but I do notice that he also has nails that are far too long for the job he’s doing and he has a lot of grime and dirt stored under his nails. While I appreciate the effort to glove up, it doesn’t prevent the spread of bacteria in other tasks he completes around the store, in addition to the things he touches to hand me after he’s taken his gloves off.
The second time I came to this store, I walked in to no greeting and another gentleman standing there cleaning. He did however not seem too pleased that I was interrupting his task and was not very kind during my visit. I was keenly aware that he made my sandwich after using cleaning chemicals and he did not wash his hands before putting on gloves to make my sandwich. I also was not wholly impressed by his “I love boobies” belt (and not a breast cancer awareness belt either).

Wish I would have caught our ladies name! She was so sweet, knowledgeable & helpful! I did not know subway has an app! Didn’t know about the savings! She took the time to explain & also my order is a little odd and she was happy to fulfill ☺️ definitely our favorite subway!

Sunday July 27th and Saturday August 9th at 8am. We visited the place to order sandwiches. I am not here to talk about the quality of the product because that is very good. But unfortunately the staff that serves the customer during these hours is very disrespectful. They do not exit or welcome you when you enter the place. If you ask questions they get upset and respond arrogantly such as “that was not the question I asked you” referring to a customer. If you ask them to heat up your sandwich more they simply respond with a NO. We do not know the name of the woman who has made us go through this on two occasions since she does not have a nametag. When it comes time to pay, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE TOTAL. and simply one as a customer must guess their total to pay and when to do it. and just because of this bad service I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OTHERS TO PASS INSIDE THIS HALL IN THE MORNING. It doesn’t cost anything to provide good service and be kind to your neighbors. She has brown hair, is a little overweight, and short.

So, we got 2 subs and 4 cookies. The subs was amazing. The bot who made them super nice and did awesome. However, the cookies had hair through them. You REALLY should be wearing hair nets when working with food. A girl with dark brown medium/long hair walked up from the back with no hair net and no gloves touching all the food containers. I’m assuming it was her hair. There was only 2 people working that we could see. And the hair on our cookies was dark and longer. Do better people. Where hair nets, hats AND gloves. Not the bare minimum.

We ordered on line and it was ready just as we entered. The lady preparing the sandwiches was wonderful as always. Very efficient & service with a smile. We were here as our experience at the Bowman Rd shop left a lot to be desired. The food was good & as ordered. We like this SUBWAY. Same owner as these 2+ the Wal Mart shop.
