We have the meal plan and the cashier (K) couldn’t figure out what to do and made us pay for 1 out of 3 meals. She said it wouldn’t scan and that I’d have to pay for my autistic daughter’s sandwich even though u could see her pass included the 2 meal plan and I showed her the meal plan with her picture on it. She said she wasn’t scanned into the park but how did a child with a pass with a meal plan with the picture of that same child in the same outfit break in past security. Since it was the end of the day and I wasn’t going to get meals for everyone except my child I paid. I think K may have had a rough day and needs a bit more training in customer service. The sandwiches were good. Cashier needs help.

Opening day (3/29/2024)
The air conditioner wasn’t working when my friends and I arrived here on opening day, so I have to admit that it was really hot inside. However, all in all, Jason & Braden provided excellent customer service to me and my friends even though the shop was about to close.

I ordered a veggie 6” sub and while adding condiments, the server used the same knife for making both veg and chicken(meat). When I raised an alarm, he got defensive and lied saying he used different knives. Could be life threatening for someone with dietary restrictions

On a Saturday, at lunchtime, there are just two workers. That’s right, just two to handle the lunch rush which is pretty much out the door at this point. Also, they don’t offer toasting of subs or footlongs because they are “express”. Yeah that’s laughable. And the prices are outrageous, pretty much the cost of a 6″ is the cost of a footlong outside of the park. Go somewhere else.

I came here with my grandchildren as an alternative to Burgers I wish they had the same selection that some other Subways did I understand it’s a limited menu but it’s very annoying I also wish they had more of an indoor dining area where it was air conditioned however for the most part the food was good and obviously it was made correctly

Even though this is Subway that’s in the Hersheypark theme park and for convenience and quicker service it has a limited selection of sandwiches, it carries all the ingredients to make my personal favorite Subway sub the Spicy Italian. Quick service combined with good food make this a nice place to stop for quick bite to eat.

Keeping aside the limited Menu items, the customer service was horrible. The lady named as “Laura” was so mean and rude that she even don’t want to take any orders but was just keep going to backside of the store for doing nothing. Joe(another lady) was good. A good service always helps a service/store, but not rudeness or racism.

The food tasted like meet, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, spinach, and mayo stuck between two slabs of white bread. It’s subway what do you expect. The mango tea was very mangoy. That’s good. The room was two cold.

The Subway in South Hanover is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Their food is consistently good, and their employees are great, especially Roy. That guy is so friendly and helpful, he is exceptional.
