Got salads at Subway in Girard, and there was absolutely NO lettuce in it. Took them back to the store, and the boy working there had no idea why I was bringing them back. I had to tell him I wanted lettuce 3 times before he added it. He was slow and extremely rude.
I ordered subs 3 months ago, and they had very little toppings. What they subs did have was wrong. I thought I’d give it another chance tonight and ordered on the app. I will be getting my subs and salads at another restaurant from now on!

Had the sweet onion chicken teryaki on italian herb and cheese sub roll and the roll was so hard that it just cracked into crumbs when you tried to eat it. Definately stale.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. I put no lettuce and received lettuce on my bowl anyways. WASTED MONEY. The lady I called at 6:07PM on March 24th, 2025 WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND LACKED ANY SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY OR RESPECT. She explained to me that the receipt said less lettuce. Sure, no problem. I asked how we can make up for the malfunction of the app as my money has been wasted. I told her to leave my number for the owner and she insisted he wouldn’t issue a refund, automatically assuming. First instance of disrespect. I wanted to just get another bowl on the house, but she was too busy screaming “not our fault” at me for me to get a chance to explain such. Something must be going on at home. I told her I’d leave a review about this experience as she was disrespectful and she immediately hung up the phone on me before I could get another word in. This lady should be fired. Worst service I’VE EVER HAD.

This subway has always been pretty good. Today we dined in and the whole experience was not good. The cover over the food was so dirty that is was hard to see the products. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and the waste-cans were full and overflowing. There were two employees. One young man who was doing most of the work and the female was spending most of her time in the back. It seems there was a young child back there that she seemed to have brought to work. Overall bad experience.

I used to like this subway. I came here for lunch when I used to work at a store in the plaza. Last couple times I went, it wasn’t as good. They keep hiring children and one guy told me an inappropriate story about the crazy night he had at a college party while making my sub. Like, I’m there to get lunch, not be your therapist???

Will not visit this subway ever again. Called in an order picked it up, one of the subs we ordered was on the wrong bread the worker thought she was going to just flip everything on to the correct bread. She got upset when asked to make it correctly. Then when I get get back to work, we discovered that she still made them wrong. Called the manager her response was that employee made it right and you can bring it back and I will remake. I explained that I am at work her response was well i am here till 9pm you will have to bring it back. Wont get my money ever again!!!! Worst service ever!!!!!!!!

I received a plain, dry cold cut sub… no extras or sauces.
If it hadn’t been so skinny and light, I might not have known anything was amiss until I’d gotten home 10 miles away.
The website issue is not news to the crew.
The owner, chris galdon, will respond to the online “subway experience” survey. I’m not impressed. Don’t expect anything beyond platitudes.

While the did is typical of a subway, what makes it special is the staff. Cathy is a great owner and cares. She listens to her customers and does what she can to add menu items. And she’ll do her own specials quite often. I go here twice a week on average.

This place has gone down hill. I spent 60 dollars on 4 sub and there was barely any meat on any of them very small looking for foot longs and the bread was hard and stale. This use to be one of my favorite places to get a sub. This is horrible has gotten worse every time I go the and prices are outrageous for what you get.
