I sent detailed information as requested in their response one month ago and there has been no response back to me. I don’t think they really want to understand what happened. Unfortunate because their food is delish.

Walked in to get 2 large fries (extra crispy), and there was one girl behind the counter. She was near the back of the kitchen, and, even though she didn’t appear to be working on anything, she just looked at me and didn’t do anything. A minute later, a sweet lady came over to the register and took my order. The fries were worth the short wait! IDK what was going on with the employee, but from a customer experience, the whole situation was pretty odd. Still a good place for some fries, though!

I love Five Guys, dont get me wrong, but the past 3 times I have been at this location to get both a burger and fries, they have completely messed up my burger. Order for the burger is always the same, “Little Bacon Burger with Lettuce and Grilled Onions”, and this is the 3rd time they have put something else on top of the toppings I listed or given me someone elses burger.

It’s what you expect from 5 guys. Good food made to order. It’s just a bit pricey. Had to update because of our last visit, we got stale fries. They were warm but had been fried a while ago. It’s not like they were busy. 11 people working and only about 8 or 10 people in the eating area. You would think that for the prices they charge, they would cook your fries to order

The employees taking orders could be more approachable and actually smile vs looking at each guests as if they are an inconvenience. The very first impression of this establishment is that it’s a miserable place to be due to the lack of personality at the register. They don’t verify orders and act like you’re the idiot who can’t read a menu when some people may have never been here before. Don’t ask for sauces outside of ketchup they act like you messed up to begin with by not having it added to you order to start, but there are no packets or mayo or mustard available and some people don’t have to have a lot or there’s never enough.
Really good chocolate banana shake though and their Cajun fries are good.

The Clift Farm location always provides tasty food and great service. Yet each time we go, the portion of Fries gets smaller. A large fry here leaves no leftovers. Other locations a medium leaves some leftover.
Update. After 2 weeks their fries are back to normal sizes.

No kid drinks! Compared to other Five Guys, not great. Still a good burger. The meat on my burger didn’t have any crispy edges, and was slightly pink inside. The lettuce on the burger was almost all white stalk parts. Most importantly to me, unlike other locations, this one doesn’t offer kids drinks.
