Callie is absolutely amazing. I had so many issues with the app and was having such a rough time trying to get my food ordered. But she was so sweet and kind and honestly one of the best employees I have ever encountered at any subway location. I actually left the location that was closest to my house and went to this location after the two girls there were really rude and unhelpful about my order. I have zero regrets now. I walked in so grumpy, and low key determined to stay upset in my mind vowing not to go back, but she was literally a saint dealing with my grumpy butt and never once seemed annoyed about my complaining about the app and how my cards weren’t working over the app and how it wasn’t letting me add my other card and how the other store closed earlier without shutting off its online ordering, ect. Thank you Callie! But if management/corporate reads this, fix your app!

Ordered a footlong subway club. The wonderful girl waiting in me realized the roast beef was MOLDY AND SLIMEY and bad and thankfully didnt use it. The other worker who was leaving and she pointed it out to said “yup its bad ” and made the comment it was probably at its 10 days! Omgoodness.

Why is it I always end up getting horrible, rude girls to wait on me at this location…am I the only one?!? The first time this happened, which was about a yr ago, I actually called about my horrible customer service experience. This time I am making a post to let others know. I worked 32 yrs in face-to-face customer service and would never have gotten away with the rudeness, shortness and putting off the feeling.that I was annoyed. I’m sure the person will not be repremanded but should be told she needs to find a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people face-to-face. Gave the atmosphere a one star only because the atmosphere while standing there in line with this rude girl behind the counter was a huge turn off.

The food was good just the lady serving my food was super rude. I asked if they had ultimate cheesy garlic bread and she pointed at the board and looked annoyed. Multiple times she got annoyed at my friends and I and we all agreed she was super rude. She also yelled at the other employee while I was there because she was not clocked in. The service was also bad as I didn’t receive my food for 10 minutes or even have my order taken for at least 5 minutes. When you are working in food service customer service is very important and you should always be super nice to the customer no matter how annoyed you get with them. I will probably never go back to this location.

Not bad, location is in a tricky spot in regards to maneuvering your vehicle in and out of the parking lot. Sometimes making a left hand turn in and out of the establishment might be a little bit hard depending on the time of day, also the employees are okay, could have been a little more friendly but otherwise I was pretty much pleased with my visit and my order was made correctly and in a timely manner, I doubt it means anything to anyone else but the outside of this location to me seem’s a little drab and or boring and could use something like some landscaping and or potted and or hanging flowers.

Went in on 2/29/20 at around 6pm…didn’t catch the workers names but it was a guy and girl. They were so friendly and made an awesome sub! I was getting frustrated with Subway recently because they were putting like 2 of every vegetable on my veggie sub and the girl actually gave me veggies on there! She wasn’t stingy and I appreciate that!
