Horrible, asymmetrically cut pizza. Raw and basically inedible. When questioning the employee who served it, was met with “well, what do you want me to do about it” in an awful attitude tone. With the price they want to charge, I’ll gladly go to my locally owned pizzeria. Only tried it, after avoiding it for many years, because my son wanted to try it. Won’t be going back.

Place an order thru the phone. A pizza and wings waited 45 minutes for delivery. Paid for the order thru the phone gave an additional tip for the driver. When i got the order only received pizza no wings. Driver said he will run and get the wings and come back waited about 30 minutes still didn’t get the wings called in to fine out status of the order and the employee that answer the phone was very unprofessional,had an attitude and poor customer service skills. I went personally to the store saw the driver and ask he said that because his shift was over he was not allow to deliver the wings. Went in the store shift manager apologized and got my order. Don’t recommend this location poor customer service.

This restaurant is disgusting, the manager is rude and treats you badly. The employees make mistakes when writing your order, they charge you wrong and then the manager doesn’t want to do anything about it, if you happen to ask for a refund they throw the money in your face. the Hispanic maneger offers you bad treatment. People take care with that restaurant.

At least 5 employees inside. One person working the computer. The person on the computer took a phone order for 15 minutes (he was still on the phone when someone finally came and handed me my food that was sitting there ready). Probably would have been best to get help sooner up front instead of everyone in the restaurant staring at the people in line. I understand being busy. I don’t understand the person on the phone reading the menu to someone with a lobby full of people.

Was super expensive. Got a large pizza ( which wasn’t very big) and boneless Buffalo wings and it was 36 dollars! The boneless wings were basically chicken nuggets with Buffalo sauce on them. Their food was definitely not worth the money. Will not order from Papa John’s again!
