Did an online order…ordered a pizza sub an there was no pizza sauce (marinara) on the sub!! Called on Friday it’s Monday still no phone call back! Called an there is nothing that can be done because i wouldn’t drive back to Hermitage Friday night for a remake…picture included to see NO SAUCE…wont return to this Subway or the Subway in Walmart!!
There are other Sub shops local that would love our business…this isn’t the first problem here…been numerous bad experiences but this was the last straw for US!!

I bought food, paid with it with my Discover. I sat down starting eating it and the cashier came out and said I needed to pay for my food, I said I did, and she asked where is the receipt. I said you didn’t give me one. She took my food away. She said she would only let me keep if I paid for it again. We verified with Discover we were charged and then the card was reversed exactly two minutes lately. There is something awry with this restaurant.

Addendum: The manager emailed us and we called the owner and they both told us we stole food and we are lying to them and we deserved to be accosted. Neither care we have video of them taking the food away and the Discover transaction.

Please see attached screenshot below. Keep in mind they accosted us over a $7.08 purchase that we paid for prior to receiving the food.

This subway location will treat you right. They may lose points because they do not accept coupons as a franchise but they make up any lost points with the wonderful staff. Always helpful, nice and collected. The quality customer service is worth the stop. 5 stars.

Got exactly what I was craving a footlong turkey sub with bacon. I decided to try the raspberry lemonade…delicious. The service was fast, the place was clean. And it’s been awhile since I’ve kind of Subway and I’m not disappointed.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to pick up a quick dinner after the gym. The guy behind the counter (we didn’t catch his name, but we do know he is from Florida and has been banned from 3 different Burger King locations) was awesome…. funny, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about Subway. My girlfriend wasn’t familiar with the menu changes and he knew exactly what she wanted based off the old sandwich name, helped her turn it in to one of the protein bowls, and offered to turn any of the cheese they have in to shredded cheese for the salad. He was great about recommending condiments and toppings, and just a nice, entertaining guy to talk to while our food was being prepared. Great experience!

I stopped eating at Subway for years due to my experiences at a different location. I decided to try this one and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been eating here at least once a week and each time, the food is perfect. Every employee I’ve encountered here has been kind and friendly. Their salads and sandwiches are put together neatly, not just thrown together. The orders are always accurate. Every time I get a salad anywhere else I have to pick though it before I eat it to take out things like brown wilting lettuce or the stem of a tomato. This is the first place I don’t have to do that. Everything is fresh and great quality. Thanks Subway.

We thought we would stop at Subway to pick up a couple subs on our way up to the lake on this past Sunday. According to the store hours they are open at 9:00 a.m. that day so we stopped it was exactly 9:08 a.m. the lady that waited on us was very rude- the store was not ready -we had to stand there while she put all the ingredients out for the subs, then when we chose our bread, we wanted wheat, she told us there was only one loaf of wheat left so only one of us got wheat bread, the other had to choose a different bread. She acted that we were putting her out at 9:08 a.m. when they should be ready at 9:00 when they open. I have never encountered such a rude clerk at a Subway before but this store in Hermitage –we will never visit again. it was uncalled for for her to be as rude as she was!!!! Seriously!!!

The food was great and they put made our food with such care. I’ve been to plenty of Subway’s that just toss the meat, cheese and toppings on the sub roll and hand you a mess in a pretty wrapping. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail the staff provided. Next time I feel like a Subway sub I’ll definitely choose this store. They went the extra mile with service and the employees were polite as well. This store is definitely a step up from the usual expectations and the wife and I will certainly be back.

I wish there was an option for no stars. I placed an on line order to be picked up on my way home. I Opened my sandwich to see just meat …no requested toppings, no dressing. Just meat and bread. When I called the store the first young man taked to me with respect and patience, he then handed the phone to the manager who did nothing but speak over me. I waited to hear what he had to say,when I tried to respond he again spoke over me. I asked the manager if I could speak to the first gentleman, I told the manager that he had better customer service skills then him, instead he hung up on me. I will be following up with corporate Subway. I understand he wanted to fix my sandwich, all I had to do was drive 35 minutes to get it. I wish the manager would have listened to what I had to say, maybe we could have just gotten a store credit or better yet my money back for that meal. The subway in Hermitage Pennsylvania is the worse. Please save yourself the hassle and gO anywhere else.
