I ordered online and was pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in! The lady in there frantically explained why she didn’t poor my drink before she came in AND I WAS SO THANKFUL! She then told me people have complained in the past that their drink wasn’t made, but I completely understand why she didn’t. What a wonderful women who took the time to have a nice conversation with me. She’s always so kind and makes my sandwiches exactly how I like them!!

I placed an order on the app & the app said my order would be done at 4:25. I walked in the building at 4:23 & the guy working said they hadn’t even started making my order yet. I then waited for about 25 minutes for them to make my order. Got in my car & realized they made one of my subs wrong. My mom went in the store to have them remake the sub & while having the list of ingredients & directions on the receipt right in front of them, they messed up 2 separate times. & for some reason that took another 10 minutes. The footlong pretzel was hard, burnt & inedible. The footlong churro was chewy. Don’t waste your time & go to a different location.

The reason you are getting one isn’t because of lack of service or kindness that I just received. It is for the poor leadership that runs this location. I watched many people walk out tonight because leadership left one woman to close. As a manager or owner you should be in there helping when it’s short staffed or flooded with people. The woman working tonight did wonderfully and the best she could. It’s sad that chains like this think it’s a good idea to have one person close regardless of how busy it may or may not get. Pathetic honestly. Do better.

Staff did well even though they were busy. There was a new girl who’s first day was that day and she seemed to hold it together. The worker who was with her was very patient with her and kind to customers.

I was in here tonight at around 4:45. The young man that started his shift never washed his hands before coming on line. He stood at the register. Was itching, rubbing his nose, hands in and out of pockets, rubbing his nose again. Still. No hand washing. I asked the girl making my food to bag it for me so he would not touch my food. Still he never washed his hands. I find that very gross and very unsanitary. Also a health food violation. I will never return here again. There is not a subway in Butler that I can go to any longer. The manager and owners need to stress hand washing to all employees.
