My partner ordered oven roasted turkey and the sandwich arrived with ham instead.
I ordered the “Monster” series sub. double meat. It’s tiny, It’s also missing the bacon and the Monterey cheese, and the red onions.
Our order was $30 after a buy one get one discount code. It wasn’t even worth it after the code, let alone before.
At least it didn’t take long to arrive.

I have a food allergy disorder called OAS where i cant eat raw fruits or vegetables. they need to be cooked in order for me to not have a reaction. Every single time i have ordered at this restaurant I have left a note for them to toast the veggies with the meat and cheese. They have never done it. Each time i was like “yeah fine whatever” and just popped it into the microwave for however long until it was steaming, but today was the final straw. I ordered a sub and put my note in the order and when i received my sub, not only were the vegetables uncooked, but there was no cheese or dressings on my sub. Im very disappointed as this restaurant is so convenient for me to get lunch from, but i cant see myself ever going back.

Not very long ago, I stopped in at the downtown subway, a little bit later on a Sat afternoon, towards evening, as the sky was almost dark. Luckily I was walking TO this place, because there’s hardly any parking spaces open around here. But my ride who was waiting to pick me up from* here had to circle the block at least twice, just to wait behind somebody else who was waiting to pull out of a parking space in front of the store.
I ordered one turkey sub and also a chicken sub for a friend. The tomatoes did not look good.
My friend quickly gobbled down his chicken sub. I took one first bite and spit it back out. The cheese was more like globs of tasteless rubber
and the circular mystery meat that was on this sub did Not* taste like Turkey.. to top it off, the sandwich was missing at least two ingredients that were advertised as supposed to be part of this sub, but were not on mine.
I liked the prepackaged low-fat chocolate milk from the cooler, and the chips were fresh.
The server was friendly enough, and she said she only had been working there for a few weeks.
I might* go back to this place someday, but not for awhile.

This is after 6+ months of ordering from this location. Typically 1-3 times per week..
What I can tell you is don’t expect them to read your mobile order notes.. they never do..
I cant count how many times I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch that came with no Bacon as well..

I placed a order at 8:25pm they waited until my food got into the preparing status then at 9:00pm out of no where it got canceled when I called I was Todd they voided it because they are closed in like I place the order 35 mins ago and it was just a meatball sandwich and mini pan pizza worst service ever I better see a refund because I definitely recorded the conversation and screenshot the preparing process notification

Workers can’t seem to take a simple order, there always seems to be the same older people sitting at the tables near the window never eating anything just basically taking up the tables and talking in the evening every weekday like it’s a hangout every time I go there . I would not mind but you can never sit by the window in the evening. Doubt I’ll go to this one anymore.

I Walked in and while I was waiting I noticed the girl behind the counter preparing the food, her hair was not tied back and was hanging over the food, gloves? handwashing? after handling the money? Well, let’s just say I left and went to another .. I also was a manger of a Subway so I will NOT go back to this Subway again
