The store was out of tomatoes, and she had to go dig in the back for lettuce. Only one worker. I wouldn’t nessarily consider her slow, but definitely not putting an effort to get it done, and she had a customer waiting. Then my bill was close to $30, and she wouldn’t take my $50. She said they don’t have that kind of change. Really they don’t have a $20 and a few ones. When I guarantee most customers pay with a$20.

This store lacks good management, as it constantly runs out of food for the subs. For example, within the past 6 to 9 months, this store actually had no bread to make subs (they only had flatbread). Last time I checked, subway requires bread to make subs. I was just at the store again on 04/15/15, and found that the management of this store is not any better than my last visit, as it ran out steak meat. There’s other subways in the area, and so I don’t believe I’ll ever return to this subway on Main St. in Mt. Pleasant.

Service was good but chicken-bacon sub was bad. Got food poisoning from it! I suggest that the bacon be cooked separate from the sub until it is crispy, or at very least provide that option. The employee had a hard time cutting through the sub because the bacon was under-cooked and stringy.
