Ordered online with mobile app on my way back home from a long flight…I asked for the new Outlaw sub which was suppose to be steak but when i got home to eat, it was not cut, had no cheese & was also VERY clearly chicken. I called to ask for a refund and Emily very rudely basically called me a liar and said “she remembered it was definitely steak and that i should bring it back in to prove it”..I told her that is not possible but I could send a picture. she laughed. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. I then asked for her name and also gave her my name and number for a manager to call back to speak to someone more helpful and she hung up on me. I tried to call back again immediately and she let the phone keep ringing. I sincerely doubt I will get a call back because Emily was very rude and most likely didn’t record my number. I will call back again tomorrow, not because I want a “free sub”—but because she was so unprofessional and the whole thing could have been handled much more appropriately.

After seeing many bad reviews I felt it was necessary to share my thoughts. I am hard to please and this is the only subway I’ll go to. Food is always high quality and the lunch deal is a steal. Veggies are so fresh always. Who cares if bread choices are slim sometimes, it’s just bread, get over it. Lol. Not to mention the regular employees are so friendly. Keep it up! This and the Walmart one are both great and owned by same owner!

I’ve been all over the states working I’ve never found a Subway when they make your sandwich they can only make it by what the menu States it has on it the only thing I asked for on my monster was to have lettuce put on it per the gentleman that did my sandwich his bosses and management have stated that they can only put on what is on the menu on all sandwiches besides a few

Lunch crunch combo sign says any 6” sub. When you go inside they have a type list of subs not on combo. This is false advertising. It is against the law to falsely advertise!!!! The drink cup is special too. It’s a kid’s sipping cup! Buyers beware!!!! No bread to choose from at lunch time. No meat on the sandwich. Subway should be ashamed of themselves.

The young man was making my sandwich perfectly. He portioned my meat to one scoop and the the HEAVYSET LADy told him after he began making my sandwich that it had TOO MUCH MEAT on it, and he embarrassed began shaking my meat off my hoagie unbelievable. What ever happened to the days they actually put meat on sandwiches? Got a 6″ meatball sub. Only had 3 small meatballs on it. It had a lifetimes worth of sauce just oozing out of it. I ask for it baked and got a hot soggy bun. It was somewhat tasty, but not worth the money.

Anytime I have entered a Subway I have been treated you very well staff are always extremely friendly and are almost as if they are excited to make my sub I’m not sure what their job necessarily entails requirements wise but they surely are doing very well with customers and are extremely respectful.
