The shredded lettuce was brown, it was terrible looking. The cucumbers had been frozen and thawed…. They were translucent. To save money, this store uses lettuce even when old and freezes unused cukes at the end of the day, then thaws later. When I brought the bad vegetables up to the two workers, they acted as though there was no problem. For the higher prices Subway charges now, I was very disappointed. No wonder it looked vacant in the store during peak dinner hours.

These ladies and gents are super friendly, I always get the same thing, Footling Tuna on Honey oat or Wheat with mayo and honey mustard no cheese untoasted with tons or extra extra pickles, and black olives and then red onions.. my sub is NEVER sloppy nor soggy and always delicious! I never have to say more on the extra extra pickles or black olives either! If I lived closer to it I would eat there every day!! I can not say enough about how friendly the employees are!! The restaurant is ALWAYS SUPER CLEAN Inside, I’ve never seen a stray veggie, not so much as a shred of lettuce in the tomatoes, where it doesn’t belong and I’ve worked at four different Subways over the years, that’s rather rare, usually you see at the very least a black olive in the pickles or a piece of lettuce or onion in the tomatoes! Bravo to these guys! Well done!

The food was great, but the woman making our sandwiches was throwing stuff on the sandwiches pretty aggressively and then throwing them back aggressively enough that they were either not going in the containers for them or they were bouncing out in other containers. She also was dropping pieces all over other containers and basically threw our sandwiches in the bag, not even asking us if we were dining in or taking it to go. She had an attitude about her like she didn’t want us to be there, and it made the atmosphere pretty hostile-feeling. We dined in, but with the atmosphere, it makes me hesitant to go back, and I only tipped because I thought she might throw our sandwiches either at us or on the floor.

I used to hate subway as I am vegetarian and I had really bad experiences with Subs before but once I had a veggie sub from Reynoldsburg Main St Subway it was really delicious! Nice place, friendly people and tasty food. Please visit whenever you’re in the mood for a subway.

I have never had a problem with this Subway location. I have been going here for the last 22+ years. It does get a little busy at certain times but that is anywhere you go. As far and not getting enough stuff on your sandwich or not having things you like, there is guidelines they have to how much you get on anything. I have worked at food places and we had guidelines we had to follow. There are a couple people that work at this that have been there awhile and seem to not care but you will find that anywhere in a business you go to.

I’ve never had a complaint about their food until today. Ordered 3 subs (buy 2 get 1 free) online to be picked up at 1:50. Got there few minutes beforehand and it was all ready to go. Picked it up, thanked them and left. Got home and our subs were terrible! The bread on all 3 was toasted entirely too dark. We got a Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken and a Sweet Onion Teriyaki Steak. Both were drowned in the sauce. My daughter got the Steak & Cheese which wasn’t too bad except the bread being toasted too dark. Not sure if the lid came off while they were applying the sauce for the other ones but it made them pret near inedible to eat. We had to remove a majority of the veggies to even finish the halves we did eat. First time ordering in a few months and looked like all new faces so maybe new hires. Hopefully they see this and correct whatever it is was going on.
