Today I had an amazing experience at Dominos. They made 21 pizzas for our church , for pastor appreciation day. The ones they made were amazing. I will be ordering from them alot more. It looks like the driver threw the boxes in his car before delivering them.. it took you guys over an hour to deliver it and it’s not even of quality. Great way to ruin my Friday night!

My chicken parm sub had literally the smallest amount of chicken possible to the point you can’t even taste it or recognize it’s there. Pls be more lenient with the sub fillings in the future cause this wasn’t even good and made my work break kinda suck.

Have been ordering pick up from this location the past 6 years or so. No significant issues, but staff sometmed seemed to be there for a “job”. Today I arrived a bit earlier than my ordered pizza’s were supposed to ready and one of the staff told me that it would be about seven minutes before my order was finished. I ran a couple of quick errands and when I picked up the order there was sign that the franchise was a “Mile High Pizza” franchise – had not seen that before. Not sure if there has been a change in ownership, but the 2 staff menbers today were absolutely outstanding with their customer service!

Second time in a row that I’ve placed an online order and not gotten what I ordered. Calling in to talk to anyone is impossible since they sold the phone monitoring to a third party. Went back to the store to ask for the correct pizza and luckily they remade it. I’ll just start going to the Galion store, they’ve never messed up my order.

No Dominos is “Good”. This Dominos is an abomination. As a franchise, not one ingredient at Dominos is fresh and all of it comes preprepared in plastic of some variety. The franchise owner of this one, and most other Dominos in the immediate area is a man whose greed knows few bounds. He pays his employees almost literally the minimum amount required by law, he takes 100% of the delivery fee for himself or to the franchse, and deducts his employees tips from their pay. He offers his drivers mileage so low that it barely covers expenses. No wonder the store is currently closed during its operating hours. The guy wants to be cheap, but it turns out cheap ain’t so cheap after all eh? In fact cheaping out on paying your employees a fair compensation costs the owner in the long run.
If you order from this Dominos, you will not receive an accurate ETA for Carryout or Delivery, and you very likely will not receive one at all. Hour long or more waits are common since the store can no longer keep any staff.
A complete embarrassment. Never support this establishment. Don’t even get me started on the standards of hygiene and food handling. Eat at your own risk!
