Had a really good experience at this Subway. The place was clean and well organized, and the service made the difference. Alex was amazing — very friendly, patient, and professional. She prepared my order exactly the way I wanted and had a great attitude the whole time, even though it was busy.

Unsure if she still works here as it was a while ago but Kate was one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. She was incredibly rude to customers and gave attitude, but also very rude to other employees too. Half the time she was just over chatting with someone while the other employee had to work alone. Because of that I tried the other food/burger place and it was amazing, and Trish working was incredible. Don’t bother with the Subway.

Ordered ONE sandwich and two cookies on DoorDash and it said “preparing order” for 2 hours and 24 minutes. Canceled my order went to order from McDonald DoorDash was on the way in 5 minutes. So just go to McDonalds instead.

Server name is Katelyn, she has exceptional customer service skills. One of the nicest and kindest employee I’ve encountered. I believe when employees have strong work ethics they deserve a praise and Katelyn definitely deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service she provides to Subway. Definitely hire more staff that have the same attitude and quality as this would certainly make it a better world we live in. I had a very long day per say and after this encounter it absolutely made my day!
