The main entrance was closed and only drive through was open. There was a car that got stuck on the drive thought and the car owner was awaiting a tow truck. We saw someone ordering on the drive through window and when we walked up to the window, the person said that they can’t have people walk up to drive through and order. I mean sure we don’t want to walk either, but if the drive through is blocked, that’s the only way right ? Another family with a kid was sent back the same way. The subway lady was rude and had a nasty attitude! Not a great experience. This happened today.

I pull up to the drive thru since the lobby’s is rarely open sit patiently for 5 minutes before saying hello? Are you guys open because again this location has no consistency at all eventually I pull off drive thru window wide open I look in don’t see anybody oh that’s because they are all sitting out back smoking a cigarette
