Walk in there today no one very said greeted me or nothing then I tell them what I want and they give me bread that was really stale I said can I get another and the girl said it’s new I said not it isn’t so she proceeded and then they put way to much ranch on and the lettuce was very brown and the place was not clean where they make the subs food was on there left from the last sub it wasn’t just a good thing at all

Sandwich was okay. Bread was burnt. I like their staff, that is why I go to this store. I like Italian subs and they always have them.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway location. Two employees(Ladies) treated me with such disrespect for absolutely no reason, and even went as far as to tell me not to come back. Their miserable attitude and unprofessional behavior were shocking.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. If this is how they treat customers, I’m certain they’re driving people away and ruining the reputation of this location. I’ve always enjoyed Subway for its fresh food, but this experience has left me angry and unwilling to return.
To management: if you want to keep customers, address the behavior of your employees before they push everyone else away too.

Today we stopped in for a late brunch and the worker there tonight went above and beyond. We would like to give her a ten star review. She was super friendly, kind, working by herself at the time. She explained each sandwich and was just very nice with the kids ordering. It’s hard to find people who actually want to be at work and have a positive attitude. Morgan we would like to thank you so much at the Lincoln way plaza! You were amazing and we needed your kindness tonight.

Normally a good experience here. This trip I went in to order 2 subs. The gentleman was sort of grumpy. They were out of many items. He blamed the vendor/ supplier, but you have to be ahead of the game and do a proper order. The ladies are always nice . Better luck next time

3 separate arguments occurred while we were there on lunch break. One angry customer holding up the line with 1 worker, then the other worker was snippy to an online customer who was picking up. 15 minutes later the worker walked to the car if another customer who had words. Worker cane back in and that customer started to drive away, then pull back in parking space and stormed in. We saw that happen and we threw our food away and rushed out the door. That’s my last trip to that location.
Price was also not worth the effort.

The workers are always miserable and act like they hate their jobs. Ive been in there a few times and everytime i was they all had attitudes. Food actually made me sick for 2 days. Was not happy having to miss work for that. Did not feel welcomed at all. Will not return untill new people are put in there. They are making a lot of people unhappy and it is bad for business.

Was served by a sandwich ‘artist’ who was dressed in truly repulsive clothing and didn’t really seem like he wanted either of us to be there (neither him nor me). And BTW, WOW, have their prices skyrocketed, on top of which they’re asking for additional tips. Hey, Subway, pay your people more, get a higher level of interest and train them appropriately and eat a little of the cost.
