Coming from NYC, it’s awesome to move to Stedman and find a Bodega.
Lots of unique items available including Liquid Death (spring water in a can instead of bottle), jumex juices, and smoke shop merchandise.
The deli has a full grill with BOAR’S HEAD TURKEY and cheese. They have a full menu to make wraps and, my favorite, a New York Chop Cheese!

Today was my first time going into the Baywood Deli. It was told about the good food from 2 woman that were working at Dollar General. So, I decided to drive over and try it myself. The food was good. I wanted some rice, but there wasn’t any cooked when I went there. So, I just got a cheeseburger, onion rings and 5 wings. They were all pretty nice at the store. I will definitely stop by again whenever I’m in that area.

Their subs are awesome! I have tried most of them! Plus they will customize your sub.. I have never gotten a bad sub from here.. The subs are a little more expensive, but they use quality meats in their subs – so I think it’s worth a little more money. And they a good meat to bread ratio.. Its not like subway, were they are mostly bread and lettuce..

Great customer service and the best Philly steak in the area. I know, I have tried them all. Great fit for the community. They even have sandwiches named for the local area. Under 10 bucks for a foot long , fries and a drink. Will be a regular customer.

I only give 5 stars to places that have earned them and BDG has earned my respect over this past year. Friendly, convenient, and their food and ice cream have always satisfied. I wish I could call my order in but I understand and dont really mind the wait. Very nice selection of deli and grilled foods. I have never been disappointed here in either quality, quantity, or service.

When I first arrived to the deli I thought to myself… “this is a regular tobacco store”. Meanwhile, my brother was trying to convince my otherwise. So I gave In and tried the Cajun chicken sandwich and HOT$&@!. That was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tried. So you know what I thought to myself AGAIN.. “I wanna go back “ and that’s what I did and got the President Burger and I FELL.. IN… LOVE with the food. Outstanding customer service. Very Kind employees. Definitely will make a lot of money off me

This place is AMAZING! The chef salad is the best salad that I have ever eaten. They give a generous portion of the tastiest Boar’s Head meat and the freshest greens available. The service is flawless. I definitely recommend it!
