I stopped at this Subway last night, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The “OPEN” sign was turned off, so I wasn’t even sure if the store was open. As I sat in the parking lot trying to decide whether to go in, I saw a female employee standing behind the counter near the cash register vaping inside the restaurant.
This was shocking and completely unprofessional especially in a food-service environment. It made me seriously question the cleanliness and standards of this location. Whether they were open or not, an employee vaping inside the facility is unacceptable.
I hope management addresses this immediately, because customers deserve a clean, safe, and professional environment.

After reading the reviews for this location I was hesitant to visit but it was very pleasant! The lady working (not sure of her name, drives a silver Subaru wagon I believe) today 12/27/25 was very friendly and the store looked great!

They were out of the Italian herb and cheese bread. The subs for the price looked so awful and the meatballs and pepperoni did not fill the hoagie roll and they were a little over done. The whole hoagie was 10.99 and it was supposed to be there supposed great new hoagies. Well epic fail nothing special. No more meat than the classics. Honestly never got such a bad looking sub and awful tasting from subway before. Really went down hill. Does not look like the picture at all.

Eat on the road too much but a good foot long veggie option isn’t bad here! Such fresh lettuce and tomatoes and fixins. Friendly fast too! Order ahead or walk in. Lots of parking next to a beer outlet so doubly helpful!

So looks like new ownership and its a mess. Not only was I charged alacarte for a kids meal totaling 9 dollars. They also made my sandwich completely wrong ordered an Italian but received bacon on a roll. Store was dead and apparently neither was competent on the register although looked like one was training the other, which is a scary thought in itself considering the one who made the mistakes was the trainer. So 20 dollars for a few straps of bacon and a mini ham sub.

When I walked into the store, it was quite busy, and only one person was working. I felt a bit sorry for her because she seemed quite young, maybe around 25. However, she handled everything so well. She was quick at taking everyone’s orders and getting us checked out. Even though there were four people ahead of me, we were in and out in just 8-10 minutes. Also, we couldn’t resist grabbing a delicious warm footlong cookie. I highly recommend trying one! Also, it is a fairly large store

A joke. I step into an empty store, no employee behind the counter. Music blaring, so assumed an employee is busy in the back, no problem. I wait a good 2 minutes for an employee, I greet the man with “Hey how are ya?”, no response from the employee. No problem, he must just be shy. Now instead of acknowledging me, he nods his head at the menu, questioning what i wanted to order, still without saying a word to me. I left the store without ordering due to the rudeness and disgust this man enamored. As I walked out, the first words the employee spoke were “do we have a problem.”

I will never return and I can’t believe the owner would not want to through away customers
Anyway while ordering two workers both men wouldn’t shut up long enough for.me to order, had to say what I wanted four.timea. Then while toasting my sandwich a herd of teens enter and start acting a fool, cut in front of me and got waited on by female( third subway employee )
no one did anything, then two steel valley school faculty.actually walk in and didn’t even help get.the.kids out, in fact they encouraged the teens! The one faculty person was the man who ruined West mifflin cyber! Now.he obviously works at a s v.
My point is why is everyone scared of these teens I push my way through the herd make them move and I have no problem with them. This is a powder keg , not for family dining ! I like restaurants that care about.their customer’s I am currently spreading the news to go somewhere.else.,cause of they treat a
