Best burger I’ve had since I had a burger at Gasoline Grill in Copenhagen a few years ago. You know that magical smell the emits when burgers are cooking…these burgers taste better than that smell. Perfectly crispy, excellent quality ingredients, impeccable balance of toppings/meat/sauce/(beautifully baked) bun. DO NOT MISS THE FRIES! seriously the best fries I’ve ever had. Beautifully cut and fried to perfection. Crispy and sturdy on the outside and potato cloud on the inside. There is so much care and consideration for the food coming out of this truck and that’s something I’ve had a hard time finding in Phoenix. Everyone is so nice and the service is great! Super impressed guys

These guys really know what they’re doing. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, and the burgers are absolutely sensational. The thick-cut fries are incredibly fresh — and I mean really fresh — and just as amazing as the burgers. I’m from Canada and decided to give this place a try while I was in the neighborhood, and I’m so glad I did. This will definitely be on my go-to list every time I’m in town.

The team reached out to me directly, invited us back, and made it right — and I have to say… THIS visit was it.
The flavor was bouncing again. The burgers tasted intentional, seasoned perfectly, and full of that spark that made me love them the first time. Everything felt dialed in and made with care.
What impressed me the most wasn’t just the food — it was the pride and accountability. They didn’t get defensive. They stood behind their product and showed they truly care about their customers and their craft.
That’s how you build loyalty.

Wow the burgers are Fenomenal! & the ‘F’ is for Fresh bread, fresh meat, fresh fries.
Locally sourced AZ grass fed beef, fresh veggies quality veggies, & Locally sourced beef tallow used to triple fry the hand cut French fries. The bun is like biting into a cloud! The buns are a homemade Japanese style milk bun.
The meat melts in your mouth (pause) and their sauce, homemade as well is very good. The ranch went well with the fried and burger. They have homemade pickles as well. They are very nice people. One of the best burgers I’ve had
Just keep in mind. Everything is homemade and fresh so it may take a little time especially if there is a line. This is real quality food though so it is worth the wait

I drove all the way from Scottsdale thinking it was open, the hours according to Google and yelp are 5pm to 11 pm on Sunday once I got there I was greeted by a man stating their hours are 11 am to 4 pm. Definitely a waste of my time and gas. It would be nice if they can fix their hours.

La Hamburgesa is hands-down the best burger I’ve ever had. You can taste the difference in their quality ingredients—they clearly don’t take shortcuts. We find ourselves tracking their location at least once a week because nothing else compares. It’s ruined all other burgers for both my husband and I.

Best burger I’ve ever had, hands down (I usually get the signature but they’re all good). Great fries too, they use beef tallow. Quality ingredients and everything cooked fresh. The service is way better than what you expect from a food truck too, everyone is friendly and they bring your food right to you. One of the few burgers I’ve had that I’d go an hour out of my way to get again.
