Everything was fine but I gave it 1 star because I asked them not to give me old bread, but they still took out the old bread from the bottom and gave it to me. I told them again to give me the top one, but they didn’t give it to me. There was a newer one on the top, which looked better. I told them three times but they still gave me the old one. That’s why I didn’t give them a tip and also gave it 1 star. I’m paying for it, just give me what I want. I wanted fresh bread, not yesterday’s. It looked really bad. I asked them 3 times but they still gave me the old one. This is bad service. They were trying to sell me the old one and they succeeded.

The building is old, both interior and exterior, but this isn’t Subway’s fault. They could renovate the inside, or at least update it, but the landlord may not permit it. Who knows. The staff has always been good, and the food is handled properly according to food industry standards. Despite the age appearance, the restaurant is not dirty. I’ve been a patron since I was 16.

Nice Subway that looks like it was recently remodeled but all the baseboard molding is missing and there are holes in many of the old ceiling tiles they didn’t replace. Otherwise, excellent service!

The last three times here the bread has been stale. My most recent visit I noticed a pan of water in the bottom of the bread oven. Come on this is one of subways great selling points, fresh baked bread! I bought my sandwich about 1:30 in the afternoon and the bread was on my mind but I figured this time of day it will be fresh. Nope. I’m done at this branch, never again. You fooled me three times, shame on me. No more.
