Alivia and Layla served me good the service was excellent. When I walked in their welcoming presence really lifted my mood. They were polite and very well mannered. I would also like to add that the food was very fulfilling I haven’t ate a good sub like that in a while. Me and my little cousin will be coming again. The two women deserve a wealthy raise.

It took me 15 minutes to place a order for 4 sandwiches. Then, I had to have him read back to me 2 times how those sandwiches were made. Then when I went to pick up my order, it took them 20 minutes to make my sandwiches. Then when I got my sandwiches they gave me a discount. Then when I got home. Our sandwiches were still incorrectly made wrong! Either a sandwich didn’t have meat on it. Or didn’t have the right veggies, and incorrect bread options. Horrible service. When it was all said and done. I’m told by a manager that they do not do refunds. What!!!!! My experience there last night was horrible. Let’s hope they give me that refund. Or this post will remain here. That’s not how business works. If you have a unsatisfied customer because your employees were either slow to make them sandwiches or those sandwiches were all made incorrectly and you paid almost 40 dollars. Anyone would want there money back. That’s like buying a pair of shoes and they weren’t the right size. Like come on!!!

I’m not sure if the person inside in the owner of the place , he doesn’t even have a uniform on Him. He wore some dirty looking tees .The worst service I could ever expect from a Subway Staff. Everyone else were good expect for this Big guy . Doesnt even know how to talk to costumers. Stop giving attitude to your costumers . He just kept throwing my food right infront of Me for no reason . Been soo rude from the moment I walked in to the store . Never ever going Back .

This is the second horrible experience with the same employee so I feel the need to save others. Find another subway to visit if you’re really craving a sub. Both recent visits, I’ve had to repeat what subs and bread I wanted, no joke, 8 times . No emotional expression from the employee, no verbal response, just a nod. She was annoyed I pulled her away from her lunch that was sprawled out on one of the customer tables. She did her best teenage huff when I needed a second to figure out what I wanted as they were out of what I chose first. She slopped the food together and smeared sauce and dressing from sandwich to the next as she didn’t change her gloves. I know these employee positions are tough to fill but I’m just appalled at the lack of customer service. Very disappointing as I won’t be going here again after a second horrible experience.

Informed by worker that this location doesn’t recognize the coupons that I receive in my LOCAL mailer. Wouldn’t have gone in without a coupon, so won’t be giving them anymore business. They’re missing the point of coupons entirely. Franchise owner out of touch with reality.

The poor woman working by herself this evening was really bogged down. She did a wonderful job doing the absolute best she could by herself!! I wish this company treated her better! She doesn’t deserve that! Give this woman a raise and treat her right!
