Everytime I’ve gone to this subway location it’s always clean and I love the food here compared to other subways I’ve been to in the north east. The manager is always so kind and attentive. It’s just a nice place to get subs

I visited this place for lunch as I was in town visiting the family and I will say I was impressed by the service and the food good too. Ill admit I was a little indecisive but they still managed to help everyone around me and I didnt feel rushed at all. Super friendly.

I was hungry and wanted to go subway since i havent went in awhile. I went in and tried to order an ice cream, but they told me they dont make it, i was angry but proceeded on with my order. I went to the soda machine to get poweraid since i needed some POWER.
I didnt realize that subaway added pepper and blue cheese into your drinks! so i went to the cashier and said “i didnt know yinz gave out blue cheese in your drinks!” she seemed very dismissive. This was until i started drinking it and she all of a sudden looked very concerned as she saw me taking chunks of blue cheese out the ice machine and eating them. I then got a snickerdoodle cookie after since stomach was upset.
An employee, connor, saw this blue cheese in the ice machine and started violently lashing out at it, and throwing it at customers. I tried to de escelate the situation by asking him if he liked monster jam, he said no.
A nice lady named Jude packed connor in a suitcase and put him in the deep fryer and it overflowed with bubbles. Afterwards I asked her if the ingredients in the lettuce were fresh and she said no, i asked her where they were from to which she replied they were from a random cooler in the titanic’s wreckage. Cool fact!
Overall, i would recommend this subway mostly for the atmosphere and experience.

Writing this review because of the phenomenal worker there by herself during the lunch rush hour on 4/20/23. She was cool calm and collected while working efficiently on orders. My sandwich was delicious as well. The whole store was clean and updated. Very pleased with my experience.

Baden subway has black mold floating in their ice machines. I brought my cup to the counter to show the lady what was in my cup as a courtesy to the business and she quickly responded with “I’ll call the owner to come clean it” she didn’t even look at me or want to see for herself she just quickly turned away as if she was annoyed. Then I watched numerous customers come in and get fountain drinks after I told her what was in them. She should have put a “out of order” sign on it until it gets cleaned. Someones going to get sick from that at the owners expense. Seems like she couldnt have cared less. I would imagine it’s the team members job to clean it, that’s what they get paid for. It’s ashame because we really like that location. Probably won’t be back for awhile.

Went in last night…flies were flying around the food, no lids were on the food containers, so needless to say, I’m sure the flies landed on the food. The place was disgusting! Knives and counter top covered in food. Needless to say, I left and went elsewhere. Never will go there again
