Been here twice since it reopened and both visits were bad. I think my ham sub had about .7 ounces of meat on it. The wrap we got was slopped together with dressing all through the bag.

Ordered food. The Male employee who took our order was great, but the female employee was rude and short tempered. My sister made a comment about the chicken, and she called the manager and demanded that she speak with the manager in the middle of the meal. She chose to interrupt our meal instead of having a private conversation with her manager, and then her manager encouraged her to interrupt a customer. Truly unprofessional.

Got there at 8:05 on Sunday while traveling. Door and online says they are open until 9. All the food was put up. The one worker refused to make our food. After reading the reviews this seems to be the normal for them!!! Extremely disappointed and have hungry kids now.

I was here with my grandma and they were so quiet we couldn’t understand what they were saying. My brother got half a sandwich and was supposed to share it with my grandma, but after the lady put the rest of the toppings on my brothers half, she closed the sandwich, so it was an empty half! Who orders a half empty sandwich?! They need to work on their social ability a bit more.

I didn’t mean to wake this guy up at 11:15 when the store should have been open, but he did at least open the door for me and turn the lights on. Other than that, I must have ruined his day by ordering a sandwich. He needs more than just customer service training…maybe a few lessons in how to treat other people in general. Couldn’t toast my steak and cheese sandwich because the machine was not warmed up. Meat was cold, lettuce wilted and brown, cheese obviously not melted. Not a lot of good to say overall. Will not be back to this location any time soon.

Came here to say how rude the lady was who made my order but I guess a million other people beat me to it. She was awful! Her tone, the glares and the rushing you with your oder….my word! Didn’t even hand me a cup. I had to get it myself from behind the plastic protector shield. Won’t be stopping here anymore for lunch I’ll just go to the McDonalds. No way the staff could be any worse and it doesn’t seem like they plan to do anything about this lady’s customer service skills any time soon. Looks like she’s been there and acting this way for far too long.

Place need to close, service and food is terrible! So poorly managed! I gave them numerous chances even after being told it will be a while we are short staffed! There was 1 customer and me there no one at drive through! Another time girl was ignorant she yelled at other worker close the drive through before we get busy no one but me and grandson in there! It’s ok. The staff was never very good but it’s usually high school kids.
The foods ok. I’ve never had a issue. I like the chopped salads.
We havent ate there in over a yr cause they overcharged my hubby alot then claimed they couldnt fix it til a manager came in the next day.
