I placed an online order at 11 in the morning to be picked up at 8 pm. When I got there at 8 my order had not even been started. The guy behind the counter told me they got busy at 8. I said you should have started my order at 7 or 7:30. He just smirked at me. He made my order while I waited and it took him 20 minutes to do that. It was piss poor service and I hope the store manager, who I know, sees this. It was your night crew, 2 guys, on Saturday December 15, 2018. I will give serious thought into whether or not to go there again. The worst service I’ve had there.

I have visited quite a few Subway chains and this one ranks the lowest. The bread was not fresh (hard & crumbly). I don’t know why (because they all measure the same) but the amount of tuna put on a sub is so minimal.
Service was fast, not so friendly tho.
Unless I am stuck with no where else to go, I won’t return.

My girlfriend and I went to this subway and experienced rude customer service, lack of food, and lastly was offered a bag for our food, gladly accepted, rudely ignored. Walked out of subway with 2 subs in hand. I’d rather walk to a different subway location then drive to that one again

Good food. Convenient. Got soup on January 21 was not heated and also no crackers that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Soup is not soup without crackers and who wants to eat unheated soup? Not me. Besides that thank you.

This has nothing to so with the individual store, but rather the chain, however I need to give the worker a shout out……So I order a sub….no roast beef, so order oven roasted chicken. Then I want light mayonnaise and I was given a packet. Excuse me, but seriously, the whole idea is for subway to make the sub. Not for me to finish it then I can eat it on the go!!!
Kayla was great in my complaint. She went above beyond and opened the packet and put on my sub!!! Need more people like her!!!!

Great sandwichs, but kinda expensive prices, but if your really hungry than it’s worth paying a lot for a good sub, also they have soups…I didnt know if you guys knew that so yeah buy some soup, cause I never see anybody buy it. Ok yeah 4 stars would recommend to all sandwich eaters, or just really anybody who likes food, so everybody

Just sent my son and daughter there to grab sandwiches for dinner and I am super disappointed. I ordered a cheesesteak and it came back from a five min walk almost frozen. Its june 27th. The meat was super cold and the cheese was just about as cold.
I dont know if thats how subways up here serve them but every other subway at least microwaves the meat. I would strongly advise to go some where else for dinner.
