Waited over 10mins for someone to help me. She looked extremely bothered that she had to come up to the counter to help and was slamming trays and lids. Ordered a spicy chicken sub and didn’t even toast the bread or heat up the chicken. DO NOT go to this subway. I should have looked at the reviews 1st.

Order 3 footling subs one with a meal .. pretty simple order one sub had mayo salt pepper oil and vinegar.. but none of the above and they put the mayo on the side . They didn’t include the chips or drink for my meal either.

The person at the counter rang up the wrong sub, overcharged us by several dollars and refused to fix it. She said she knew she rang up the wrong one, but said that is how she does it.
She also didn’t know how to make the sandwich, and didn’t know how to scan our qr code so we could get our rewards or use our giftcard.
I would not recommend this place.

This is the second night this week I have come to this establishment and the first time the two females behind the counter where fighting loud enough to draw the entire dandy’s customers attention tonight I order online wile sitting with my newborn in NICU to get there and be told they are closed even though it was only 850 and closing time is at 10 I also got told they will not turn the oven on and was served a completely cold chicken bacon ranch for 40 dollars it’s a waste of time and money to try and go here

Ordered online for pick up an hour in advance since I got 2 dozen of cookies, and when I showed up they didn’t even start it or have a manager on site to at least refund the cookies. Instead they made me wait a whole hour after saying it’d only be 15 minutes. There’s like 5 other subways less than 5 minutes from here, go there instead

arrived at subway, can’t say about the food. the worker was apparently going to be on bread for 20 minutes. they should update their hours from 6:30-7 so people don’t actually believe they are open. only seating for two people

everytime i come to this specific subway there’s problems, their only worker is constantly on lunch with nobody covering the shift while they’re away, you’re lucky if you get the things you want on your sub too because normally they don’t have anything prepped smh
