Bought a turkey sub and it had three pieces of turkey on a foot long sub. I hear this store is under new management. It won’t last long this way. I go to the one in wellsville and get three times the meat for the same price.

On Sunday 7/16/23 I visited Subway in Hornell. What a terrible experience! The man who waited on me was rude and hurried me through (I was the only customer there). The Turkey bacon wrap had only 1 slice of Turkey for $14. There was no American cheese, no cheddar cheese, no spinach wraps and the shredded lettuce was brown. I tried to use my subway account to build tokens but he just kept saying “that will be $38.23 over and again and would not let me pull up my account. This is my last stop at the Hornell Subway!

Literally the worst subway in this country. I have ordered there 3 times. Everytime they mess up the order, forget items, and add items on the sub I am allergic to. They are incompetent and they are lucky I have chosen not to sue yet
