Would give 0 stars if I could. They refused to serve let alone acknowledge my husband likely due to wearing a blue line shirt. Left with no food. To the employee who refused to serve my husband, if you cannot learn to put your biases aside and wait on everyone who comes through the door then it’s time to leave the customer service industry. I hope management sees this and addresses it with their staff.

I would give 0 stars as well if I could. The girl working behind the counter seemed more concerned with her 3 inch long eyelashes than making any food and the boy was totally useless. I placed an order at 12:05 which was to be ready for pickup at 12:25, I get there at 12:35 and it still wasn’t even done until 12:55. Fast food? Yeah right! The girl working was incredibly obnoxious and SO HORRIBLY RUDE when I asked her why my order from nearly an hour earlier took so long to be filled she said the boy was useless right to him. Please fire her.

i normally go here a lot and the service is great. it’s a wonderful place for a nice quick and easy to make sub. i came in today to order what i usually get. the girl working didn’t know how to make a sub, at least that’s what it looked like. the sub meat fell out of the sub which i understand that happens. she didn’t cut the sub in half, the sub roll was cut wrong so there was an inch of the roll and the rest was the meat and toppings. i asked for ranch with a tad extra but it was drenched in it. i don’t think she needs to be fired but should learn how to make a sub right. i don’t want to sound like a karen it was still a good sub, she just needs to get some help on knowing how to make them.

The 2 boys working (about 17 years old) came out of the back about 3 minutes after we came in and they were visibly high and had to be told several times what we wanted on our subs. Disappointed with the customer service.

Recently ordered 6 foot long subs. 3 tuna and 3 ham. They were packed with the ingredients and were the best subs I have ever had. I will defently go there again next summer.
