Decided kinda late I was a little hungry on the 4th of July. Only place open within miles. People working are working hard and made the sub just how I asked. My only thing with subway is I don’t like how the menu is now days but it is what it is and I feel like it’s more expensive than what I expected. I’d rather go to a local pizzeria for subs

Mine and my husband’s subs were prepared horribly. The subs were messy and the toppings were not fresh. The girl that made our subs was extremely rude and looked miserable. She gave me attitude when I asked for fresh lettuce and slammed down the lettuce container and then threw the lid in an aggressive manor. Horrible customer service. The guy that prepared our bread was friendly, but that girl needs to be fired (she was wearing a tie dyed t shirt and had brown hair put up in a bun). Never coming back to this subway ever again.

Ordered multiple times on the app around 2pm with special instructions that were NOT followed!! When I asked why, the manager says “You ordered during a busy time so we don’t read special instructions. ” Nowhere does it say this!! Also, this is not true as I order from the parking lot & wait for app to tell me when ready. Maybe 1 or 2 people in store & they make mine after everyone else’s. NOT BUSY!!!!!! IT IS LAZINESS!!! Also, never had an issue at any other store!! I am BOYCOTTING the East Aurora store as the manager blew me off!!

Terrible food, tastes bland. I worked here a long time ago and came in on my day off because I was asked if I an come in. I said sure but will have to wait until the plow comes to plow out my parking lot. I was yelled at and told I must not like this job because I was only able to come in 2 hours to help on my day off

As always, Subway is a great place to get a decent and tasty sub for a nice price! Don’t forget that Subway usually has some deal going on, like the one that I got! The great thing about Subway is I taste everything on my sub but I don’t feel overly full or like I just ate a loaf of bread!

I was the the only person there. Ordered half of a turkey sub, requested a toasted roll. She proceeded to make a full sub I reminded her, she removed all of the turkey, very impatient.. made a sub, that consisted of.. turkey, lettuce, and tomato…. Never did get it toasted…but I did get an eye roll… when I asked for a napkin. What happened to the East Aurora subway?
