I order footlong of tuna with provolone cheese, bacon, lettuce, jalapeños and onion. The give me a sub without cheese, jalapeños only 2 slide onions and for this I paid $15. Is always in the drive true they do this!

i’ve never had food poisoning in my life, until today. I got the most boring sandwich too, Just turkey, lettuce, mayo, and cheese. I won’t share any details, But I’ve done some things. I’m not proud of today because of the food poisoning. Thank you, Subway.

$10 for a half a turkey sub and a bag of chips, and drink not included is crazy.

Took 30mins for the workers to finally start making my sub. There were only 2 people ahead of me, but the workers were too busy taking online orders (which is fine) but when you get my sub out of the toaster and leave it on the counter for 10mins so you can do your online orders, toasting the sub becomes kinda pointless. The workers also don’t listen to you when you tell them how you want your sub.
There’s also only one friendly worker there, she’s awesome to see everytime I go there. The rest of the workers are rude. The setup at subway is ridiculous- if there’s more than a couple people in line, then the line starts to go towards the bathroom hallway which is narrow so to get to the back of the line you have to literally squeeze through people.

By far my worst experience here, I didn’t get the second wrapping around my philly, forgot to say I wanted a foot long, but I guess he read my mind, and I also asked for my peppers and onions to be cooked on the sub but he didn’t even put them on, although it makes barely a difference, I’m still semi-concerned. Five stars; was craving lemonade.

They were not very friendly, or welcoming, in fact one girl was pretty rude.the prices were very high, for less than ever fillings. Frugal food top dollar price. For what was on there tasted good if I pealed off some of the bread ( bread thick meat thin) Left hungry

Paid extra for avocado and sauce and didn’t get either of those. Also they never label subs and frequently forget things. I couldn’t even eat the pretzel because of how hard it is and it wasn’t great without the sauce which they forgot.

I’ve ordered more times than I can count trying to get the Walmart subway instead & end up getting the sandwiches from here & they literally mess up my sandwiches every time now I get completely different sandwiches that I didn’t order to the point i have ham in my sandwiches how do you go from turkey to ham!?!? Completely different meat ,I can’t even eat ham because of religious reasons. Also can never call because they dont have a working phone have to call Walmart subway in order to get ahold of someone at this tops subway.

Store closes at 10pm (at least advertised so online). Was getting out of work at 9 so placed an online order for 9:10pm. The online order was accepted and my money was taken. I get an email a little before 9pm that my order was cancelled. I try to call the number provided in the email, and the line is disconnected. I check google for the number and yep, number in the email matches google. Show up to the store and almost all the lights are off and only one person left in the store cleaning. Guess they decided to close early and disconnect their phone. Just really annoying, now I get to wait 6 days for the refund to process and also had to snag dinner elsewhere.

There is always a sign in the drive thru that the drive thru is closed every weekend I go there and when I go inside they are standing around on their phones and argue with me that the headsets are broken then tell me most subways do not have a drive thru to justify it. I said why not tell guests to drive to the window to order and they said there’s NO WAY they can do that. I have an 89 year old mother in law with dementia who wants a specific sub and it’s 19 degrees out and I would have to bring her inside for her safety as she can’t be me to in a car. This has happened at least 7 times since October. You are losing $$$$$. I and I’ve seen many others just drive away.
