I used to love this location. The staff was great, but the last 2 times I’ve stopped in the same girl was working (I think the name tag said Katie b) and I won’t come back to this location again. The first time I came in I ordered a foot long spicy and asked for the pepperoni to only be on one side. To please place the pepperoni that is supposed to be on the one half on the other side. She just completely didn’t give me the rest of the pepperoni and also did not even put the accurate amount of salami on my sub! If I didn’t previously work at subway I wouldn’t have known, but then when I questioned that there was only 6 slices of salami on the whole sub and only 3 slices of pepperoni she said that’s how many go on it, so she lied right to my face and then slapped extra meat on a white paper and gave it to me. The second time coming in the same girl was working and as I ask for a second to look at the menu once I have a 3.5 yr old and we are figuring out what he likes at subway she then says “when you are ready” just a minute after I asked for time to look over the menu. Both times my subs look sloppy and not nicely put together. I order the same sub for myself for years and I have never had someone just throw my food together the way she does. Then to top it off, they placed the napkins that were supposed to wipe our mouth with on the garbage the can. This location is not what it used to be.

Didn’t go to our usual Subway but the girls working at the Vestal Pkwy one were very friendly. The meatball sub wasn’t as tasty like they used to be. Maybe the seasoning ingredients have changed. Otherwise, we love Subway subs/wraps.

The staff were so incredibly friendly. The lady that made my sub offered some great suggestions when I asked for them, and I’m overall really impressed with the service here. Also, the food is fantastic, and I definitely recommend the cookies.

I came about 44 minutes before close, and I know that sucks for the workers cleaning up and getting ready to leave. The girl was SO sweet. My food was great and was put together very quickly. Thanks guys!

Don’t order ahead! I placed an order at 4:40 pm which said it would be ready at 5:05 pm. Plenty of time for two subs. I get there at 5:08 and there are 3 people in line with 2 workers but no preorders ready. They said they would have my order to me in “a couple minutes”. Those three people got their orders and I thought maybe they would begin making mine next. They took every other walk in that came in including people who walked in 10-15 minutes after me. I started thinking they must have somebody in the back making the preorders as they just kept saying thank you for your patience. Once other people stopped coming in the store they were forced to bring me up to make my order finally. I got my order at 5:25 pm. If I hadn’t preordered I could have been out of there 15 minutes prior to when I left.

I was amazed with how pleasant the staff person was who made my sandwich. That made the whole visit memorable. The store is clean and bright. It’s a great place to grab a sub.
