I’m extremely frustrated as this is the second time my order has been messed. The first time, I called right away and was told to bring back the two subs so they could fix them. They changed the bread on one and added the missing veggies, while for the second sub, they just gave me the avocado on the side as they forgot it. I wasn’t in the mood to argue, so I just went back, and they fixed it.
Now, the same problem happened again. If you’re charging over $2 for avocado, how can you be so careless? Both subs were missing avocado, which we paid for. When we got home and opened the subs, we realized they messed up again. My wife called the location, and the lady who answered claimed that only one sub had avocado, and they made it right. She didn’t even bother to check the order before giving us that excuse.
This time, I’m not going back to get the sub fixed. I paid extra for something, and I should’ve received what I paid for. Making a new location doesn’t mean you have the best business. The owner needs to read reviews and follow up with the management team. They need to improve customer service if they want to keep their business running. But honestly, never again.
I’ll also be adding photos and a video of the messed-up order from last time.

Stopped after a game to grab my girls some food. There was a long line so I asked the girls to wait while I used the restroom. The doors were locked so I patiently waited to ask an employee for a key. Four employees heard me say I really needed to use the bathroom and was ignored. Finally a man came from the bathroom and brought a key back and when he handed it to the employee she hung it up instead of giving it to me. Finally after I got the key I quickly went and handed it to the rest of the women in line complaining they they too had to go, only to find out there were multiple keys. It was ridiculous, I almost walked out without purchasing anything.

I ordered a buffalo chicken flatbread and the lady proceeded to make it without putting the buffalo chicken in. When I asked her why there was no chicken in it she said oh we’re out and I was like well were you going to give me another option or tell me that you were out? She rolled her eyes and said what else would you like? So I got bacon and she didn’t even cook the bacon. Rude and lazy girl, definitely not going back

Kid working here at about 725pm was extremely rude. I ordered a turkey and cheese not toasted and an ultimate bmt toasted. They proceeded to put the turkey in and when I told them the boy there got frustrated. Threw the sandwich that was made right out, and kept the wrong one and then when I told him that he continued getting pissy. Another customer walked out with me because of how terrible his service was. Didn’t know this place hired grown adults that act like children , he needs to be fired.

Walked in door and received no acknowledgement. I realize the 4 employees were busy buy surely at least one of them could have stated a second of their precious time to greet me and let me know they’d serve me as soon as they could. They didn’t however. Can you believe that they actually thanked me for leaving when I walked out even though they hadn’t even served me!. This would definitely not be a place I would recommend going if you are planning on getting any kind of good customer service!

This particular location has had some less than ideal employees in the past so I wanted to take the time to write a positive review now that that seems to have changed. Tonight, Derek and Austin were working and they were both very professional, polite and worked together. Even though Austin was “training” he was still significantly better than employees here in the past. They kept the line moving and everyone happy.

Went they’re on lunch break!!! place was very clean I think they said their name was Robert jr. and Kasandra i’m usually pretty picky but they both work together to make sure I got what I wanted they did an excellent job for sure was one of the best subway Subs I have had!!! So I want to thank them for being so patient the sub was not sloppy or a mess I have been to many subways before they did not make it feel like it was a bother for them to make my lunch I will be back soon!!!!

Went to Subway in south Glens falls. There were four of us waiting for subs and the veggie lady just started emptying obviously not full garbages all of the sudden. Stood there a while while the other girl tried her best to do everything else and cash out customers. Finally I left without ordering. Customer service is s thing of the past I guess.
