Only giving one star for this location because the delivery driver Elias was nice and professional. Placed an order and according to the tracker via Dominos app it was sitting at the store for an hour before I called to check on it. The person answering the phone told me it was on the way and already left the store. After ending the call the app said driver left the store. I don’t appreciate being lied to. When the pizzas arrived they were stale and cold from sitting so long so I asked the driver to return them and recook the order. Another 45 min passes and I call agin to check on the status of the recook. Again was told the driver left with the order “a while ago”. I asked for an eta and he was unable to tell me. The app says it still hasn’t left the store…..I’ve worked in a restaurant for 15 years, don’t lie to your customers if you are running behind. Whoever is answering the phones needs to be retrained. Second round of pizza arrives…. Looks exactly the same!!!! Phone call number 3 I spoke with a manager demanding a refund at this point… his response…”yea well I want to quit my job” then hung up on me.

Absolutely terrible service! I am staying at a hotel & I called & asked that crushed red pepper & paper plates be included in my delivery order. The driver showed up without the items I requested, & said he had no idea what I was talking about. I called the store & they told me the driver refused to bring the items. I said how is that my problem when I am a paying customer, they said it’s the drivers problem. They did not apologize & did not offer to correct the mistake. My food was so cold & poorly made it was basically inedible. I strongly advise not ordering from here, worst Dominos experience of my life. How rude! I would give it zero stars if I could!!!

I don’t appreciate my pizza taking an hour to get to me when I live 7 mins away. And when it did arrive it was cooked unevenly. I called while i was waiting for the pizza and was told “the app is an hour and a half off” Ok… so why isnt it getting fixed? and how long has the app been like that? Worst dominoes experience ever…

Not sure if it’s due to understaffing issues or whatever. I highly recommend you call ahead before placing a delivery order. I ordered today, thankfully chose cash on delivery then called ahead to check they gave a 90 minute turnaround time when we live less than 2 miles away.

I visited 6/12/21 between 9-10 pm. Only 2 swamped workers were on duty on a busy Saturday night. Despite being understaffed and faced with impatient customers they both maintained professional decorum. My pizza was made exactly how i ordered it. I’d rather have accuracy over speed. The taste was good as always.
