There’s a big hole cut out of the floor with cardboard laying on top of it. I did see something like a sign saying their fountain machine was out of service. Ordered two footlong meals of the day. Which is $10 for each and includes chips and a drink, so plus tax should be only be about $24 tops. The guy there said you could get bottled drinks, they were the same price. Somehow the total was $34 though? The guy said he’s charging extra for the bottled drinks, even though it’s not my fault their fountain machine isn’t working. Then the guy lowered the total to $32 and then $28? So ordered two footlong meals deals, but couldn’t get that because of the fountain machine and just paid normal full price for two foot longs and two bags of chips? Didn’t really make a whole lot of sense. Even if we couldn’t get two fountain drinks since the machine is broken, why couldn’t the guy just charge as two meal deals? That’s what was ordered. The whole thing was ridiculous. Never returning and bringing my business here.

This Subway is great with the food quality, but the atmosphere and service aren’t above average. I also find it difficult to get the drinks I order with my meals in the mobile app. They always seem to not carry what I pick from the menu.

I always order online, but this time I walked in to look at the prices. I greeted the woman who gave me the dirtiest look when I walked in and continued to talk on her phone while she put something in the oven. She gave me a side look as in like “what do you need” I told her I was just looking. She didn’t open her mouth at all to talk to me and I found it super rude and I didn’t like her vibe since she basically ignored my existence. I just thought to myself, oh if she’s like this imagine how she’s gonna make my food, probably so half assed. Like she had no reason to be mad. The store opens at 8 I walked in at 9:40. I don’t think I will be giving this subway any more business, I have heard that the subway at the gas station has better service.

It was a typical good experience as always. The workers here are usually very respectful and listen well to your orders. I probably should have asked for a little more sauce on my meatball marinara sub but that’s my fault. Food usually taste here. I never really had a problem here. Place is always kept clean, which I really like!

I usually go to this location because it’s the closest to me and normally don’t have issues, however today the service was terrible. There is a Spanish lady who I never had a problem with and would be cordial with everytime I went, but this time she was not the sweet lady I remembered. I went in with my sister to grab some foot longs because we had coupons when we were greeted with a “we do not accept coupons” sign on the door. Fine, we proceed to order anyway. We get two foot longs and it came out to $35……that is absurd for two sandwiches if you ask me. My sister did prepare for the price to be that steep, so we unfortunately had to take out one of the foot longs. But when we tried to do so this lady was literally arguing with us…calling us food wasters and giving us hellaaaa attitude. It was so uncalled for. She kept saying “you can’t just order something and then say nevermind. I already made it so take it”. Like? We had to literally argue with her to take it off. I had to hold my composure. Will not be returning.

This was my second subway visit last night for sandwiches. The one in Valero on 17K was closed… I was there at 5:48 pm the website said they close at 7pm.
The single worker there was very friendly and patient while we decided what to get.
The store was very clean, well stocked.
I usually get the meatball sandwich but decided to try the pizza sandwich instead. There was plenty of pepperoni, lots of choices of cheese and I even got a little extra sauce. My mom got the chicken noodle soup and a raspberry cheesecake cookie.
I’ll definitely be returning here

Nice and clean Subway located inside the target plaza in Rt. 17K.
Staff was always nice to their customers and provide fast service. They always care about their store and keep it clean and nice.
They have good deals on subs time to time including coupons.
I strongly recommend this place to anybody who like to have a fresh and safe sandwich or breakfast items.

Was told to wait outside for 5 minutes while he cleaned so he could close store on time even showing up an hour and a half before closing. Made sandwich with no care not putting the proper meat or cheese on my two sandwiches. Will not be coming here again after enjoying my experience last several times. Completely unprofessional.
