My wife and I were out of town and tried to order from this location. I got no error while placing our mobile order but upon trying to pick up my food, I was told that he had to “void” the order because the location isn’t allowed to accept promotions / reward deals. We had already waited 15 minutes for our food to be made. When going to leave a review myself, I noticed other people have previously complained of the same thing. I highly recommend taking their advice and avoiding this location at all costs.

Like most have already said avoid this location if you can, they cancel any orders where coupons or rewards are used. You’re better off saving yourself the headache and going down 110 to the Ruland Road location instead.

Avoid this location. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking among themselves in a language we didn’t understand while ignoring us. When we tried to use valid coupons, they refused to honor them without explanation. We ended up leaving and taking our business to another location where we were treated with respect. This is not how a franchise should be run—if this behavior continues, it’s hard to see how they’ll stay in business.

Placed an order for pick up and they canceled my order in the last minute. Apparently the store doesn’t participate in some of the perk from their app. When I called I got hung up on. My husband went into the store to pick it up and the employee there was super rude to him. If I could I would’ve given zero stars. Terrible establishment !!

Overall we had a good enjoyable meal… staffs were friendly. As usual we had a veg delight… my son wanted just olives in toasted bread, one of the staff was miser, added very less olives, other staff came in picked up that and added more olives… on looking at that my son was very happy.. I recommend this shop ☝️

I was charged for double meat, even though I got 50% more. I scanned my app so I can use my birthday rewards, the free cookie and free 20oz drink, but was still charged for those items as well. Basically in total I was charged an extra 6 dollars for no reason. I noticed and reentered the store and the worker was not understanding at all and claimed that they charged 4 dollars for 50% more meat, but I knew that wasn’t possible because I’ve been here multiple times before and he’s has made my sandwich before as well and it’s always been 2 dollars, it’s also 2 dollars on the app, so why would it be 4, 4 is for double meat. Also the other two rewards that I had were charged and then he claimed that this location doesn’t do birthday rewards, but if I told him it’s scannable in the app then it should apply. He called his manager and was speaking to him in Hindi, not knowing that I could also understand him and was complaining and his manager told him I was right but all he offered me was a 2 dollar fountain drink. Worst experience and it’s so disappointing because I would only come to this location, I feel robbed. 6 dollars gone to waste. In this economy, that 6 dollars could have gone a long way.

Disappointing Experience
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location. When I walked in, one of the employees was stocking the chip rack. After what seemed like a comment from his supervisor or manager in another language, he abruptly stopped and came over to help me. From the start, he seemed visibly annoyed and uninterested in making my order.
Throughout the process, he was rushing and didn’t show any willingness to provide good service. I had to repeatedly ask for more ingredients on my sandwich, and even then, the subs were lacking in filling — it honestly felt like we were eating mostly bread. The sandwich wasn’t toasted properly either, and overall, it didn’t taste like a proper sub at all.
The employee’s attitude, combined with the poor quality of the food, made this visit incredibly disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.
