The extra star is for the lady working behind the counter. She’s the only good thing about this place. The interior of this place is a DUMP. There’s only one table where you could sit to eat and the rest of the space is taken up as a storage area for assorted construction supplies. They are stacked to the ceiling and I hope they never fall onto any of the customers. Food is ok, if stale bread is your thing. This was a really nice shop about 5 years ago but my return visit is also my last. Not recommended.

I had an extremely disappointing and discriminatory experience at this store. From the moment I entered and approached the counter to place my order, the employee named Anna displayed an impatient and dismissive attitude toward me.
I explained that I needed to order 12 sandwiches but was unable to complete the order online, which is why I came to the store. After I placed all my sandwich orders at the counter, I asked Anna to confirm if the total was 12. Instead of answering, she deleted my entire order and moved on to serve the next customer, completely ignoring me.
I spent nearly 20 minutes in the store and received no service or assistance whatsoever. Apart from being ignored, I experienced nothing but frustration and disappointment. When I asked for Anna’s name and said I wanted to speak with her manager, she blatantly ignored me. It wasn’t until her manager stepped in that I finally learned her name.
This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable. I’ve never encountered such poor treatment from a service staff member before.
I strongly advise others to avoid this store, as I certainly won’t be returning. This experience was absolutely unbelievable, and I hope management takes appropriate action to address this issue.

Just picked up two sandwiches I couldn’t believe there was a little tiny piece of sliced cheese. It was not even the full slice. The tomatoes were orange not red very disappointed for a brand-name place to have a sandwich like that never going back.

This franchise location does NOT honor Subway discount coupons. They refused to give me a small plastic cup for water. They are stingy with the amount of meat they use on their sandwich and try to rush you through the veggie toppings so you don’t end up getting more than the minimal.

Very disappointed…I have been going there for years and now we don’t except coupons? money is super tight but the neighborhood SUBWAY® is not working with the people in the neighborhood not to mention the front part of the restaurant has now become the storage department . if you guys are not closing, you really need to clean up your act

We showed up at 830pm on a Monday (its literally 845pm) as I write this and the door is already locked and the girl waved us off like “go away” and whats sad is we werent the only ones. Why have a sign saying open until 9 and a light saying open if your closing early, then simply change the time! I would of gotten fired at my retail job if I did that.
