Somehow they think serving a half-full dish of burnt food to customers is acceptable. Customer service was useless. They called me, did not leave a message, and then rudely insisted that no one called despite my call log proving otherwise. Will never purchase again.

The large vegetarian pizza is good. The tomato sauce is full of flavor & all of the ingredients seem to be of good quality. I’m pretty picky. Also, the garlic flavored crust is a nice touch.

Never in my life have I had such a bad customer service experience, and that is not something I say lightly. I ordered a pizza online at 5:42pm. Kept a close watch on the tracker. 6:30 goes by. 6:45. The tracker never made it past the “prep” phase. I signed up for text updates. I constantly refreshed the page. I called them 10 times – yes 10 – and the calls would either got disconnected or go to order managers who were not at the location I was ordering from, and there was nothing they could do to help me. I finally got in my car and drove to the location (which I was pretty sad about because I was hoping to stay in for the evening.) I get there and there is ONE GUY alone in the Domino’s, frantically trying to keep up with orders. He kind of glanced over at me without saying anything for a minute, then he came over to talk to me. I told him what happened. He explained they did not anticipate the 50% off deal happening this week, so they didn’t have enough staff to meet all the demand. He looked up my order, and he said the order had not even been started, so i asked him to just cancel it entirely. I realize none of this was his fault and I feel for him being in that super frustrating and stressful position, but he also didn’t seem too inclined to make up for how my experience went. I would have appreciated a complimentary pizza to come back for another day, or at least a coupon. He muttered sorry and then walked away to keep churning out pizzas, I guess. I’ve never had a bad experience with Domino’s before. I totally understand the situation, but I really, really wanted that pizza tonight☹️

I had a bad customer service the delivery guy was so rude .. I waited two hours for my pizza to arrive and I still tipped him but not much due to the wait and he sarcastically said thank you usually when my order is late they apologize for the wait, & another he didn’t even tell my the total he took the money and left .

Dominos advertise that they deliver but hardly ever have any drivers to deliver! I’ve tried to order online from the Urbana store multiple times for lunch at work during the week and they haven’t had delivery drivers and the manager there calls you back to let you know you can come get the pizza but we can’t honor any delivery coupons bc your coming to get it. What a joke that store has become.
