Went in on Sunday to get 4footlongs for the family. The lettuce in both trays were brown. When I asked the young lady to flip it over,hoping for green,it was brown top to bottom on both. So I asked if there was any fresh lettuce,she said no. That was 9/29/2024. They lost a sale for sure that day!!

Don’t use the app at this place, they will mess your order up every single time. Give you the wrong bread, add veggies you didn’t request, leave off condiments and cheese, don’t add extra meat that you paid for. Plus they don’t allow promo codes at this location. 3 times I ordered pick up and 3 times all four sandwiches had multiple mistakes. So I go inside this time, the kids don’t know how to make the sandwiches… get a BMT and they put salami and pepperoni on then slide it down the counter. Where’s the ham? Kid says it doesn’t come with ham. Yes, it does. He’s putting tomatoes on. I said no, I only asked for lettuce and onion. The kids says.. oh, you said tomatoes. No, I didn’t. I hate tomatoes. It’s just annoying and frustrating and not worth it. This location is close to my house but I’m skipping it from now on. (Update: stopped in here last week after a long absence. It was a busy day and I just wanted a quick dinner. Had a coupon and they refused it. I asked why, it wasn’t expired.. she said they don’t accept coupons at all! It used to just be promo codes for the app they wouldn’t take and now they won’t take paper coupons either. Doesn’t seem like a great business model as I walked out and drove a few minutes to another subway that took my coupon and I’m sure I’m not the only one.)

It’s a fine Subway, but the music is terrible. I don’t know who would want to eat lunch feeling like they are in the middle of a frat party. Change the music to something more relaxing. Walked out today because it gave me a headache before I even ordered.

ERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! What an absolute disgusting excuse of a service… He doesn’t want to wear gloves when he’s preparing the sandwich , he barely speaks English

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. First off there was no parking and we had to park across the street. It was extremely hot in there. It was it hotter inside than outside and it was high 80s. The service was very slow as there was only one person working there. On top of all that they didn’t even accept any subway coupons! Go to jersey mikes or some other subway if you can!

Ordered 2 subs, 2 drinks, 2 potato chips, 2 cookies, $30. Someone forgot to throw in the chips. Disappointing. Called the number on the order, couldn’t reach a person had to leave a message. Disappointed again.
