i went here with my siblings at 9pm. i felt so bad only one worker was there alone in silence. she seemed like a sweetheart and wasn’t greedy when adding in what we wanted in our subs. i love this place. depending on the time you go it’s usually super quick.

All of my kids like subway sandwich because of their taste. I though they are very healthy. To be honest I liked it too especially the bacon and vegetable sandwiches. I gave them 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because they deserved it.

I just came from there not too long ago. I just got a 6 inch sub. I waited a half an hour. I gave this lady named Shasha enough time and was being polite, but took advantage of the situation. Then she started taking customers of ahead of me buying soda when my sandwich was cold. I went outside the door to walk out And she said oh I have your sandwich. I said to her I am gonna call up your company and tell you what a horrible job you’ve been doing here. I’m so disgusted. I threw out the sandwich I couldn’t even eat.

The sandwich itself was AWESOME, but their churro and pretzel desserts were pretty bad. They get microwaved to warm up, and the churro had pretty little flavor. The pretzel was worse because (by the time I had it (at the end of the meal,)) it was dry and stale. Pretty lackluster.

Their sandwiches are still good although skinnier now do to Subway corporate narrowing the roll. Nut their soda fountain is always flat. I was in there 2 weeks ago and again today it was flat. Avoid this machine and get a bottle. It’s dishonest and a cheap way to save money. I won’t go back till I hear this has been fixed. There are plenty of other Subway shops and numerous sandwich shops who have carbonated soda. Fix it because your losing money and customers. There isn’t any reason you can’t check this every morning. male me wonder what other corners your cutting.

So…they advertise Fresh fit for kids meal however the coworkers told me they don’t have it. I asked the young lady why they don’t have the kids meal she told me she doesn’t have the items for the kids meal but they have the bigger one combo meals deal. So the other coworker told me about the combo meal which is the same thing I wanted for my son but I wanted a smaller portion. So I asked that coworker now, why they don’t have the kids meal. She then said if you want the kids meal I will give you the kids meal. Then the other lady started whispering to her. They just lost a customer. Every time I make my mind up to come here… They find a way to turn me off.

The reson I gaved it 1 star was because my sandwich taste like sink like whater I ordered a #6 I add shredded and she put so little like one bite of my sandwich had cheese she was on her phone talking to family members, over all bad I should of read the reviews, I should of gone to mcdonald’s across the street& I don’t eat mcdonald’s, this was so nasty $15 for something I dint eat after 4 bites I had to trash it

Visited this store and was out of town to visit family had an horrible experience at this location. I will never come to the establishment again. I have never experienced this type of poor distasteful customer service in my life. The women behind the counter are very rude and should not be representing “the brand” of subway. I have never had this kind of experience at any Subway. Upon going into the restaurant I asked to use the restroom and was shocked with a response of ” I don’t know” & “You can not have a key to the bathroom” the whole experience was shocking and discriminatory. This is a place that I would never return and would not suggest others to go due to the disrespect and discrimination that exist. I will not patronage and spend my money where I am not welcomed. I also asked to speak to the manager and was told that they do not have a manager. So if the manager reads this I will expect a call to discuss this matter. I will also leave this comment on it’s yelp page for this establishment and write the corporate office about the matter. This situation and ones like this is unwanted uncalled for and does not show that the business cares about its patrons and needs to be stopped and called out on every single time it happens.

I went to this subway today and the people who work there were either incompetent or had an issue with me as a customer. I ordered 2 subs and had a coupon for 50% off the second sub.they had no idea how to use the coupon even though i received it from the franchise itself. I asked for ranch on my buffalo chicken sub and the woman gave me mayo. Mayo and ranch look alike so i only realized when i got home and was eating it. On top of that i wasnt even given the sandwich. Both women working there finished cashing me and walked away. I had to lean over the counter to get my sandwich. Honestly terrible customer service and i didnt even get what i asked and paid for.

They should toast the bread for at least 45 seconds not only 30 seconds. I got a veggie patty sandwich and veggie patty was still cold. Also, their breads are flat.
